材料:水蜜桃+黄桃各1只(果肉300克),蓝莓5-6粒,柠檬半只,炼奶30克,糖粉10克,冰块200克

制作方法(2人份)
1.桃子洗净,斜对角下刀,再沿着果核切出果肉;蓝莓洗净,沥干水待用;
2.先切出几片桃肉,放入淡盐水中浸泡,避免桃肉氧化;
3.剩下的桃子去皮,把桃肉切成块状;

4.柠檬洗净切半,往桃肉上挤少许柠檬汁拌匀,避免桃肉氧化变色;
5.取榨汁机,往搅拌杯中依次放入冰块、桃子肉、糖粉和炼奶,挤入少许柠檬汁;

6.拧紧搅拌杯的盖子,用榨汁机搅打20-30秒打成果汁(有冰块,尽量打久点,确保果汁细腻);
7.将果汁倒入保鲜盒中,放入冰箱冷冻2-3小时,直至果汁凝固;
8.取出冷冻好的果汁,用叉子捣成冰沙;

9.将桃子冰沙倒入杯子里,摆上桃子果肉,洒上蓝莓即成。

舌尖贴士:
1.桃子切开后容易氧化发黑,可以用盐水浸泡或挤点柠檬汁,保持桃肉粉红的色泽;
2.桃子冰沙甜度依个人口味把握,喜欢甜的可以多放炼奶、糖粉,喜欢淡的可以减少份量;
3.用糖粉榨果汁,可使果汁甜度均匀,白砂糖的颗粒大,比较难融化;
4.炼奶比较粘稠,容易粘在瓶底上,要尽量充分摇匀;
5.桃子冰沙水分少,很容易融化,做好后要尽快吃掉。
