This case is a 170 square meter modern style three bedroom one living room apartment. Designers create a warm and comfortable home for homeowners through space to space communication and interaction, in a modern style of black and white.

本案是一套170㎡的三室一厅现代风案例。设计师通过空间与空间的交流、互动，在黑白相间的现代风格中，为业主打造一个温馨舒适的家。

客厅 Living room













In the design of the living room, the traditional combination of sofa, coffee table, and TV was abandoned. The coffee table was boldly removed and replaced with a projector, giving the living room more freedom in use and concentrating learning, play, and interest functions in the public space. A home without boundaries, where every inch of open space becomes a bridge for emotional communication among family members, making every moment of living filled with warmth.

在客厅的设计上，抛弃了传统客厅中沙发、茶几、电视的“老三样”组合，大胆的取消了茶几，并用投影仪取代了电视，让客厅在使用上有了更多的自由，把学习玩耍和兴趣功能集中于公共空间。一个没有界限的家，让每一寸开放的区域都成为家人情感交流的桥梁，让居住的每一刻都充满温馨。

餐厅 Restaurant













The metal material of the tables and chairs adds a sense of modernity and fashion. The rocky tabletop and the green plants on the table emit a natural atmosphere. The natural charm and fashionable modernity intertwine and collide in the space, achieving a certain balance and jointly constructing a unique elegant style.

桌椅的金属材质增添了现代感和时尚感。岩板桌面和桌上的绿植又散发出自然的气息。自然的韵味与时尚的现代感在空间里交织碰撞，达到了某种平衡，共同构建出独特的优雅风格。

厨房  Bedroom





The kitchen uses a large area of silver gray, which is filled with a high-tech and high-end atmosphere against the backdrop of white tiles. The semi open structure not only has a beautiful design, but also meets the interactivity with the restaurant. Closing the glass doors on both sides can turn it into a closed kitchen, perfectly blocking oil fumes. The layout connected to the balcony eliminates the need to worry about ventilation in the kitchen.

厨房运用了大面积的银灰色，在白色瓷砖的衬托下充满了科技的高级气息。半开放的构造，设计美观之余还满足了与餐厅的交互性。将两面的玻璃门关上，又可变成封闭式厨房，完美阻隔油烟。与阳台联通的布局，使厨房完全不用担心通风的问题。

主卧 Master Bedroom







The layout of the master bedroom is simple yet full of design sense, with curved bay windows forming a unique viewing platform, and a uniquely shaped desk lamp at the head of the bed creating a warm atmosphere for the night camp. The entrance of the cloakroom is made into an invisible door, which is more beautiful and concealed.

主卧的布置简约而富有设计感，弧形的飘窗构成独特的观景平台，床头造型独特的台灯为夜晚营出造温馨的氛围。衣帽间的入口制作成隐形门，更加美观隐蔽。

卧室 Bedroom





The layout of the second bedroom is simple and complete, and the low saturation color scheme showcases the soft and graceful charm of the space, providing users with a fully relaxing resting environment.

次卧的布置简洁又完善，低饱和的配色展现出空间的柔美韵味，为使用者提供可以充分放松的休息环境。

小孩房 Children's room



Compared to the other two rooms, the design of the children's room is brighter, but the overall high-end color scheme is still usable even when the child grows up. The vertical screen with blue and white stripes at the entrance not only serves a decorative purpose, but also provides some obstruction to the line of sight at the entrance, greatly increasing privacy. The semi enclosed design of the headboard ensures comfort and safety to a greater extent.

相比另外两个房间，小孩房的设计更为鲜亮，但整体高级的色调就算孩子长大了也依旧可用。门口蓝白相间的立式屏风既有装饰作用，又能对门口的视线起到一定的遮挡，私密性大大增加。半包围设计的床头，更大程度上保证了舒适性与安全性。

卫生间 toilet







The classic black and white color scheme in the bathroom is unforgettable, with golden frames embellished in between. Under the warm light, it creates a noble and elegant feeling.

卫生间经典的黑白配色，令人百看不厌，金色的镜框点缀其间，在暖色的光照烘托下，产生出一种高贵典雅的感觉。
