序言：
This case is a real-life example of the renovation of a four bedroom, two living room modern minimalist style furnished house. The designer uses simple lines to create a warm and comfortable home for the owner in the natural atmosphere of natural wood.

本案是一套三室二厅现代奶油风案例。设计师通过柔和的色彩搭配，在简洁干净的设计中，为业主打造一个舒适惬意的家。

客厅 Living Room





The beige TV wall not only provides ample storage space, but also creates a "cat villa" on the left side, providing a place for pets to play and interact, reflecting the harmonious coexistence between humans and pets. The yellow and white checkerboard carpet adds liveliness to the space, while the geometric shaped coffee table and chairs add a touch of fun.

米白色的电视墙不仅提供了充足的收纳空间，还在左侧打造了一个“猫别墅”，保持整体美观的同时，为宠物提供了活动玩耍的场所，体现了人宠的和谐共生。黄白相间的棋盘格地毯让空间显得更加活泼，几何形状的茶几与凳子则添加了一份趣味。





The cream-colored sofa, paired with bold artistic illustrations, exudes a minimalist yet design-conscious vibe. The floor features warm, textured wood grain tiles that perfectly complement the cream style, creating a lazy and relaxed home ambiance under soft lighting.

奶白色的沙发搭配上风格鲜明的艺术插画，简约又具有设计感，地面采用了温暖而有质感的木纹砖，和奶油风完美适配，在柔和的光照下，营造出慵懒松弛的居家氛围。

餐厅 Restaurant





A contrasting color top cabinet made of milk white and natural wood, with an open grid dining cabinet in the middle. The wooden back panel is paired with ambient lighting, and reserved space for inserting and arranging, meeting the needs of various daily small household appliances. The long wooden chandelier hanging above the dining table has a simple yet atmospheric design.

奶白+原木的撞色通顶柜，中间做成开放格餐边柜，原木背板搭配氛围灯，预留插排的位置，满足了各种日常小家电的使用需求。餐桌上方悬挂的长条原木吊灯，造型简约但是氛围感拉满。





The large white wall has three layers of wooden open shelves, which are simple yet have a sense of design. The entire side wall is made of magnetic suction, which can be used to post various photos and notes. It is not only a home message board, but also a decoration full of smoke and fire.

大白墙做了三层原木开放式置物架，简约又具有设计感。侧面墙上做了整面磁吸墙，可以贴上各种照片、便签，既是家庭留言板，也是充满烟火气的装饰。

厨房 Kitchen

The kitchen adopts a classic U-shaped layout, paired with black framed sliding doors and milky white hanging cabinets, making the visual impression more lightweight. The left side is embedded with a double door refrigerator, and the right side is embedded with a steam oven, which is neat and beautiful.

厨房采用了经典U型布局，搭配黑框推拉门，奶白的吊柜使视觉观感更加轻盈。左侧嵌入双开门冰箱，右侧嵌入蒸烤箱，整洁美观。

多功能房  Multi-functional room

The multifunctional room combines the functions of a study and a temporary guest room. The milky white sofa bed by the window is a relaxing sofa for daily use. When guests come, it can be unfolded into a bed, achieving the dual use of a study and a guest bedroom, perfectly utilizing the space. There are two open shelves above the desk, and a light strip is installed below to display collected figurines and ornaments, creating a corner of interest exclusively for users.

多功能房兼具书房与临时客房的功能，窗边的奶白色沙发床，日常是休闲躺卧的沙发，来客时可以展开成床，实现书房+客卧两用，完美利用空间。书桌上方两层开放式置物架，下方安装灯带，可以展示收集到的手办和摆件，打造专属于使用者的兴趣角落。

主卧  Master bedroom





The master bedroom features a gray upholstered bed adorned with a warm beige fringe throw blanket. A minimalist-style art print decorates the headboard wall, enhancing the spatial design and avoiding monotony. A full-height, handle-free wardrobe provides ample storage. Through negative space, clean lines, and materials, an elevated sense of sophistication is achieved, making the small bedroom appear open and airy.

主卧采用了灰色的软包床，暖咖色流苏盖毯点缀其上，床头的墙上装饰着一副极简风格艺术挂画，提升空间设计感，简约不单调。整墙通顶无拉手衣柜，提供了丰富的储物空间。以留白、线条、材质营造出高级感，让小卧室也显得开阔通透。

小孩房  Children's room



Choose a bed with built-in drawers to increase storage space. Install soft padding on the bay window to create a leisure corner. A full-height wardrobe maximizes vertical space to meet storage needs.

选用自带抽屉的床体，增加储物空间，飘窗铺设软包，打造成休闲角落。通顶衣柜最大化利用垂直空间，满足收纳需求。

卫生间 Toilet



The bathroom is separated by folding doors to create a dry wet separation. Fresh and natural terrazzo paired with milky white tiles creates a clean and healing bathroom space.

卫生间采用折叠门分隔，做成干湿分离。清新自然的水磨石搭配奶白色瓷砖，打造出干净、治愈的卫浴空间。
