This case is a modern minimalist luxury-style apartment with four bedrooms and two living rooms. The designer utilized premium material textures and sleek modern forms to create a low-key yet personalized and comfortable home for the client.

本案是一套四室二厅现代轻奢风案例。设计师通过高级的材质肌理，与现代风格的简约形体，为业主打造了一个低调内敛，兼具了个性化需求与舒适的家。

客厅 Living Room



The warm toned wood veneer in the living room serves as the base, and the soft warm light strip provides rich layers of light and shadow. The corners have been rounded to weaken the angular feeling, echoing the circular layered ceiling of the ceiling and creating a soft atmosphere.

客厅的暖调木饰面为基底，柔和的暖光灯带提供丰富的光影层次，拐角处做了圆弧处理，弱化棱角感，与天花的圆形叠级吊顶形成呼应，营造出柔和的氛围。

餐厅 Dining room





A minimalist dining table paired with a simple contrasting leather dining chair, with a long hanging chandelier hanging above. The lines are sharp and elegant, delicate yet not exaggerated. French window form a pentagonal viewing area, bringing urban scenery into the interior, matching with tulle curtains, introducing natural light and softening outdoor light.

造型简约的餐桌搭配简约的撞色皮质餐椅，上方悬挂长条吊灯，线条利落舒展，精致而不浮夸。落地窗构成一处多边形的观景区，将城市景致纳入室内，搭配上薄纱窗帘，引入自然光的同时柔化了室外光线。





The main background is a deep toned wood veneer, with an embedded wine cabinet on the left that serves both display and storage functions. Paired with an open layer board with built-in light strips, the soft light and dark layers present a high-end texture. The central tea table features a stone base and a solid wood tabletop, with a simple and elegant design. It can be used as a tea table for drinking tea and entertaining guests, as well as a western kitchen operation area.

以深色木饰面为主背景，左侧是嵌入式酒柜，兼具展示与收纳功能，搭配开放层板内置灯带，以柔和的明暗层次，呈现出高级的质感。中央茶桌以石材基座搭配实木桌面，造型简约大气，是品茶会客的好地方。

玄关 Vestibule



A distinctive red petal single chair is arranged at the entrance, creating a sharp contrast with the entire space. Paired with a minimalist glass edge table, it adds a lively artistic atmosphere to the foyer. The wall facing the entrance is embedded with an open light strip grid and decorated with floral ornaments to create a beautiful landscape. The entire space is designed with a minimalist and non cluttered tone, creating a first impression of a mansion style.

门口布置了富有特色的红色花瓣单椅，与整个空间产生鲜明对比，搭配极简的玻璃边几，为玄关增添了灵动的艺术气息。正对大门的墙面嵌入开放灯带格架，布置上花艺摆件，形成富有美感的景观。整个空间以简约不堆砌的设计基调，打造了富有大宅气质的第一印象。

厨房 Kitchen

The open kitchen is equipped with a rock slab island platform in the center, with a natural and atmospheric stone texture that echoes the materials of the walls and tiles, creating a cohesive and unified space material.

开放式厨房中央设置了岩板岛台，自然大气的石材纹理，与墙面和地砖的材质相呼应，空间材质连贯统一。

多功能房  Multi-functional room

The multifunctional room integrates multiple functions such as reading and display. A stone-finished desk is placed in the center of the room, with its minimalist design complementing the substantial texture. A full-wall bookcase is built behind it, featuring closed cabinet doors to conceal clutter and open shelves for display purposes. The materials used throughout the space remain consistent with those in the public area, creating an atmosphere of quiet restraint and composed elegance.

多功能房集阅读，展示等多重功能于一体，房间中央摆放了石面书桌，简约的造型与大气的质感相得益彰，背后打造整墙书柜，封闭的柜门可以隐藏杂物，开放格则能起到展示的作用。全屋营造出安静内敛，从容沉淀的氛围。

主卧  Master bedroom





The master bedroom adopts a subdued color palette, featuring extensive dark wood veneer on the headboard backdrop. Vertical grilles with varying densities create textural contrast, while the lower section is clad with soft-glow stone slab to enrich material layers. Woven carpets are installed over the hardwood flooring to mitigate its cold, rigid feel. A burgundy leisure chair and glass side table by the window form a cozy reading nook for pre-sleep relaxation.

主卧采用偏向深沉的色调，床头背景使用大面积的深色木饰面，加入疏密有致的纵向格栅营造肌理变化，下半拼接柔光岩板，丰富材料层次。木地板上铺设编织地毯，弱化地面的冷硬感。靠窗摆放的酒红色休闲椅与玻璃边几，构成睡前阅读休闲的放松区域。



The wardrobe on the opposite side of the bed is mainly composed of dark cabinets, with partial glass cabinet doors for display and storage. The left side extends with a niche decorated with rock panels, providing storage function and achieving a degree of concealment. The left side extends a makeup and grooming countertop, with a suspended design for easy cleaning. The mirror cabinet combination also serves as storage, creating a comfortable dressing corner.

床的对面的衣柜以深色柜体为主，局部搭配玻璃柜门兼顾展示和收纳，加入岩板点缀的壁龛，提供置物功能，做到藏露有度。左侧延伸出化妆洗漱的台面，悬空设计的台面便于清扫，镜柜组合兼顾收纳，打造舒适的梳妆角。

次卧 Secondary bedroom



The background of the bedside is designed with a double layered design, with a textured rock slab as the main body and circular arcs on both sides to create a sense of wrapping. Above is a vertical grille, which adds a sense of layering with different materials.

床头背景做双层层次设计，主体为纹理岩板，两侧做圆弧围合造型，产生包裹感，上方是纵向格栅，以不同的材质增加了层次感。

The bathroom is located behind the background wall at the head of the bed, and by completely moving the hand washing and dressing area outward, the dry and wet separation is done more thoroughly.

套卫位于床头背景墙后，通过将洗手梳妆区完全外移，将干湿分离做的更加彻底。

卧室 Bedroom





The room is mainly decorated with a large area of dark colored wood veneer, with vertical thin light strips as partitions to weaken the oppressive feeling of the large wooden work. The side of the bed close to the wardrobe is equipped with a suspended bedside table, and the other side is replaced by a circular artistic pendant light instead of a traditional desk lamp, providing lighting while also serving a decorative effect.

房间一大面积深色木饰面为主，竖向细灯带做分割，弱化大面积木作的压抑感。床靠近衣柜的一侧配备悬浮床头柜，另一侧以环形艺术吊灯替代传统台灯，提供照明的同时还起到装饰的效果。

公卫 Toilet

The unified black hardware and light colored stone create a sharp contrast, with a soft and elegant overall color tone that is simple, neat, and high-end.

统一的黑色系五金与浅色石材形成鲜明的对比，整体色调柔和素雅，简约利落又不失高级感。
