材料:炒香的黑白芝麻、麻油、牛油、白糖、鸡蛋1个、低筋面粉(简单来说,饺子面粉或者普通面粉即可)
不要太计较分量 因为无论做面包、蛋糕还是饼干 我全部都不称的 完全凭感觉 想要精确分量的靓妈见谅了。。。
先融合牛油,无需打发,室温融合即可,加入糖、麻油、芝麻、鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
之后放面粉,边放边搅拌,可以成面团、盆里干净 就ok了
用保鲜膜包着,放冰箱一个钟,略硬之后 造型放烤箱,上下火 180度 18分钟
造型随意吧,有些靓妈喜欢弄成长形 然后切一片一片 也很漂亮;我随便手压的 像外面卖的包装芝麻饼 不规则的 也还行,呵呵
