主料:鸡翅
辅料:白糖 生抽 料酒 可乐 姜(如果我们大人吃还可以适量放些干辣椒)
独家材料:锡纸,柠檬(作用后面说,先卖个关子)

步骤:
1、用鸡翅做这道菜,要在鸡翅的表面戳几个洞,背面轻划三刀。这都是为了入味,也为了鸡翅里面能熟透。

2、锡纸一张,锡纸一定要揉皱,然后展开备用。鸡翅要用柠檬腌制,放一会。柠檬可以去腥,而且柠檬富含维C,平时我们吃柠檬都比较酸泡茶比较多。这个做法,既可以吸收到柠檬的维C,增加鸡翅的清香,去除鸡翅的腥味,而且不会吃到酸味。挤汁后的柠檬,我们还是可以泡茶,一点也不浪费。

3、用大火,把锅烧热,然后放入鸡翅。这里要注意,我们在煎鸡翅的时候,是不放一点点油的,完全是鸡翅煎出来的油

4、煎鸡翅的时候,火不能太大,煎至一面金黄色,再翻面煎另外一面,然后放入姜丝

5、姜丝用鸡翅煎出来的油,稍微炒一下。然后倒进一杯可乐,放点盐,糖,生抽少许,还有料酒

6、用大火烧开,烧到起泡泡,然后放上锡纸。锡纸起到保温作用,可以更快的让鸡翅入味,煮熟。而且锡纸可以吸附鸡翅的油污还有血丝等等。我们在煲汤的时候,也可以用到锡纸
