看过韩剧的人肯定都知道海带汤。
无论是生日,或是孕妇产后坐月子,海带汤那都是必经吃的。
海带汤是韩国饮食文化中的重要食物之一。
材料以海带、牛肉为主,加少许盐作调味。
海带可以将产妇体内产生的废物以及盐分和水分一起排出体外起到消除肿胀的作用。

材料:韩国海带芽(水发好),牛肉
辅料:香油,盐,鸡粉,蒜末,姜末,清水
做法如下:
1/石锅内注入适量香油,放入蒜末、姜末爆香。
2/海带入锅炒软,注入适量清水烧沸。
3/下盐和鸡粉调味,最后放入牛肉,熄火。
PS:石锅内汤水温度很高,牛肉入锅后即要熄火,用汤水的温度烫熟牛肉,牛肉入口又嫩又滑且肉味浓郁。
