here, we can be a loop to keep learning english continually.
I always use english for email, documentation and contact with other, but actually, my oral english and  listening is not so good.
But I find a thing, if I stay with a foreigner over one day, communication with him in english will be easyer than begining.
so, more frequently leaning will be better for english improving.
Before, I asked one of my germany colleague, how can he learing english, he told me, more often practise thinking in english, and then, always speak.
So, come on.....

是啊，最重要的是坚持，我就是感觉班后的时间都给了孩子，很难有自己的时间，特别是像你们这样还可以在外面学习的，挺好的

我也是偶尔去上课，主要是前面练口语去的多，中大的课我也很少上了。现在基本靠自己。

陪儿子的时候也和儿子说说。现在儿子五岁，会说简单的句型（what's this, this is , what's ur name, what's color等）。单词超一百。只是会说，不会写。我也是重点培训他说的能力。

Yes, my 4-year old daughter also can say simple English, but, mostly, she just speak some words like all kinds of animal, fruit, facial and body part ect..
the child can do well if we always give their more chance for one things...

呵呵，很佩服LZ的学习精神啊。唉，我也为“英语”而困扰着，看来，要多向LZ为榜样喽。

那更加容易捡回来了。。。

其实只要能给自己两年时间，两年足够能够体会以及找到自己学习英语的方法了。
