　　专家认为很多年轻母亲，出于自己体形考虑，或者是工作上

的压力，在孩子两三个月时就开始断奶，这对宝宝来说，既不公

平也不利于他的成长。

　　

　　有条件的话，可让宝宝吃到8个月再断奶。因为从宝宝8个月

起，母乳的营养成分开始降低，母乳量也逐渐减少，渐渐不能满

足宝宝的需求了。

　　

　　断奶太晚同样有害

　　

　　相比断奶早来说，断奶晚也同样不合适宝宝的成长。

　　宝宝断奶时间最好不要超过一岁，以免由于宝宝过分依恋乳

汁，而较少摄入肉、鱼、饭菜及其他辅食，造成消瘦、营养不良

、体质差、经常生病等不良后果。

　　

　　粗暴断奶不可取

　　

　　断奶是宝宝出生后需要和母亲一同共渡的第一个关口，对双

方来讲都是一个大事，都要在心理和生理上适应和接受，因此粗

暴的断奶方式非常不可取，必须逐渐过渡有个准备阶段。

　　

　　宝宝在4个月左右就需为断奶做准备。适当地为宝宝添加辅

食，让宝宝开始认识母乳以外的食物。这样不仅利于宝宝的生长

发育，均衡营养，还可以训练宝宝的咀嚼和吞咽功能。

　　

　　随着前面4个月的铺垫，此时8个月的宝宝已经习惯甚至喜欢

添加的辅食，于是妈妈可以从减少一次哺乳开始，用辅食来代替

。以后逐渐减少哺乳次数直到最后彻底用奶粉和辅食代替母乳。

　　

　　一般情况下，断奶需要2~3天的时间，就算宝宝很不适应，

断奶在一周之内也能完成。

　　

　　尽管最初断奶时宝宝会有些急躁、不适应的反应，但是妈妈

给宝宝更多爱抚的同时不要迁就他，以免不能成功断奶还纵容宝

宝的坏脾气。断奶期间妈妈最好亲自喂他吃饭菜，还要多陪伴他

，让他感到虽然吃不到母乳了，妈妈还是在他身边关心照顾他、

保护他，减少断奶对宝宝的心理伤害。
