制作步骤:
1、一般面包制作方法,发酵好的面团擀成椭圆形。

2、把椭圆形翻面,从上往下卷起来。成为两端细中间鼓的橄榄形。

3、最后发酵,约40分钟,发酵到2.5倍大。

4、取出在室内放几分钟,使面团的表面稍微干燥。
5、用锋利的刀片(刮胡刀)在面团顶部划一道长口子。

6、在划好的口子里挤上一道软化的黄油,放点奶油奶酪。

7、面团表面刷鸡蛋液。再撒上厚厚一层糖粉。
