装修准备（1）寻找性价比高的装修公司

一直觉的现在住的房子（2房2厅）对一个三口之家来说是刚刚好。

自从二胎政策放开怀上二胎后，越发觉的现在的最迫切的就是要换个有三房的家。

于是，有了各种的设想筹划，于是在怀上二宝的同年贷款购买了一套同小区的小三房。

房子买回来是带租的，租客租了一年后不再续租，出于各种原因考虑准备着手装修这个小三房。

决定重新装修房子，首先毕竟是自己住的，所以肯定要装修好一点。

但是，装修小白的我，对装修一窍不通，

在毫无头绪的时候，也只能上网看看，或者问问身边有装修经验的朋友。

为保障装修的质量，所以首先不考虑用小的包工装修队，意向找一家口啤较好的装修公司。

于是，在自己心里有点底的时候就在妈网上了解，后来网约了一些装修公司上门量房。

先后约了三家公司，从装修的方案及在妈网上口啤等性价比上去统筹考虑，最后的选择了友赞。

相对来说友先赞的收费不算是低的，但看到有些网上说性价比可以，

但是当时对接的设计师林工，量房后出方案最快，相对也较详细最终就选择这家装修公司并签了合同。

正式开启了装修的路。。。。。

装修准备（2）选择地砖及家私类型，初定装修风格

合同签下后，我们开始着手上家居市场去看主材，先后在百安居，奥体高德汇都看过了，

感觉价格都差不多，大概在原价基础上打个六七折基本没问题，

后来通过一个偶然的机会知道一朋友是做这一行的，

所以通过朋友的关系，直接去到佛山现场看后

以优惠出厂代理商价格给到，大厅定的是大理石爵士白，原价500多一块

房间定的是布纹砖原价463一块。

定好地砖，我们顺便在乐从转了一圈，

通过各类家私效果对比

我们初定简美风格

装修准备（3）卫浴用品选定 --箭牌

听说装修中最可怕的污染氡元素的一大来源其中是洁具。所以，洁具购买前也通过综合了解对比了一番。

卫浴，最终决定买的国产箭牌。

我们先后在百安居，优托邦等家居商场先看样并进行了对比，

最终花洒我们选择了恒温智能温度的款，马桶也选择了分体智能马桶

选定所有的款式型号后，通过朋友关系找到箭牌的代理商给了我们报价

通过价格对比，我们还是选择了朋友联系的厂家渠道直接供货，

由于箭牌的产品是分产品类型来对应生产厂家的，

导致最终在收货的时间会出现分开好多不同时间段的物流和快递，

如此一来就会浪费很多的时间成本，如物流的是不送上门的，那么要看具体的物流公司是在哪里，

有些远的就要自己去很远弄回来，

把运回和时间成本算回来，其实跟在百安居购也没优惠多少。

所以建议购这一类的产品，价格谈好后还是选择包送货上门的好，这样可以省心省力，因为装修本来就是一件不省心的事。

装修准备（4）全屋部分家私定制选择至上家居，造价6万多

由于我们房子较小，特别有二个房间都特别小，如果不定制的话空间没法有效利用。

所以我的计划是主人房衣柜、两个小房的踏踏米及衣书柜、客厅酒柜，鞋柜等都全部定制。

那时刚好家博会去琶州会馆看了几家，做了初步预算，价格都差不多，虽是活动现场说有很多优惠

但算来算去都感觉是一样的套路，最终的预算远远超出了预期。

特别是我家老公不想用艾格版或颗粒板，还是想用实木，但总体价格更高。

后来找到一个折中的省钱方法，就是主体柜门用实木，期它部分用多层板，

但即使这样下来也超出了好多的预算，展会那二家主要是没有实际的客户反馈，所以我们一直在纠结在不在他们那定

后来在妈网上面继续逛，看好评看反馈，看客户晒的贴，感觉至上的还可以，据说性价比也还不错，

于是，我们就直奔至上去看，至上根据我们的户型图给我们做了一个大概的预算，

价格比跟我们展会看的那二家略高一点点，考虑到至上家居能看到客户评价，

加上至上在妈网上有好几年了想想要是质量有问题或售后不好应该也有这方面的反馈，

正因为是妈网上的商家，有现成的反馈，最终选择了价格略高于前二家的至上家居定制。

确定后交了定金，上门量房，又完成了一件大件，心里总算感觉少了一件事。

选定大件家具，基本确定家的整体风格。橱柜至上说也有做，我们也懒的找来找去，

最后橱柜也是在至上定制的，交完定金后设计师上来测量两次，第一次就是打拆前或后，初步设计好橱衣柜等，确定电位。铺完砖后还会来精细测量一次最终下单。

装修准备（5）定制玻璃门窗选的是妈网团购找的宏德门业

装修的所有主材选定都是对什么也不了解，所以我当时就是一天到晚的泡妈网，看看别人装修的都要准备什么，

到哪一步该干嘛，在车陂东宏装修材料市场转了几回，眼花无法选定，

后来在妈网看到宏德门业有在开团购，虽然也不了解产品的质量，

但当时只想早点定下来，想着反正是妈网的商家，开的是团购按理性价比应该是可以的，

所以也没怎么考虑当天去看了就选了在这家做。

后来家的阳台需要封，还有晾衣架，以及洗手间的玻璃门他们说他家能做，为了不想看来看去一站式解决全部都是在他家做的。

门用的是橡木实木门，玻璃推拉门我们选的款是带纱的说980多妈网团购价，

本来大门我是想用好一点的，去看了盼盼的防盗门和王力的防盗门

好看的款式价格不太美丽，不好看的又不想下手，

宏德那也有防盗门，不过品牌不太知名，不太记得叫什么品牌了

反正看的挺累的，巴不得所有的一站式搞惦，后来那老板娘说反正他们要量尺寸的，

他们来量时顺便量一下大门，要是他这款合适，给个优惠价给我们，

不得不说这老板娘还是挺会做生意的，后来反正也懒的找了，

连防盗门也直接在她家订了。感觉又完成了一件大事。

margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 微软雅黑, arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">确定后交了定金，上门量房，又完成了一件大件，心里总算感觉少了一件事。<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 微软雅黑, arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">选定大件家具，基本确定家的整体风格。橱柜至上说也有做，我们也懒的找来找去，<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 微软雅黑, arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">最后橱柜也是在至上定制的，交完定金后设计师上来测量两次，第一次就是打拆前或后，初步设计好橱衣柜等，确定电位。铺完砖后还会来精细测量一次最终下单。 装修的所有主材选定都是对什么也不了解，所以我当时就是一天到晚的泡妈网，看看别人装修的都要准备什么，到哪一步该干嘛，在车陂东宏装修材料市场转了几回，眼花无法选定，后来在妈网看到宏德门业有在开团购，虽然也不了解产品的质量，但当时只想早点定下来，想着反正是妈网的商家，开的是团购按理性价比应该是可以的，所以也没怎么考虑当天去看了就选了在这家做。后来家的阳台需要封，还有晾衣架，以及洗手间的玻璃门他们说他家能做，为了不想看来看去一站式解决全部都是在他家做的。门用的是橡木实木门，玻璃推拉门我们选的款是带纱的说980多妈网团购价，本来大门我是想用好一点的，去看了盼盼的防盗门和王力的防盗门 好看的款式价格不太美丽，不好看的又不想下手，宏德那也有防盗门，不过品牌不太知名，不太记得叫什么品牌了反正看的挺累的，巴不得所有的一站式搞惦，后来那老板娘说反正他们要量尺寸的，他们来量时顺便量一下大门，要是他这款合适，给个优惠价给我们，不得不说这老板娘还是挺会做生意的，后来反正也懒的找了，连防盗门也直接在她家订了。感觉又完成了一件大事。 <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: 微软雅黑, arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 2em;">儿童房二间都是兔宝宝免多层实木板，因为儿童房的房子较小,所以这二间事先有让至上出了效果图,其它的鞋柜,衣柜等那些就没有出了.另外,至上家居都是按投影面积计算，小孩房面积小，设计了1.2米的榻榻米和连体的衣柜、顶柜。因为我家都是喜欢挂衣服的，衣柜里面都尽可能多一些挂杆。榻榻米下面的空间也设计的刚好可以放下一些衣物被子等.定制的东西实用性还是蛮高的.<p style="margin-top: 0px;
