烤包子好吃,不难做,而且超快手的。揉面,炒馅,一包一烤,搞定!
材料:面粉200克,水100克,盐1克,油3克。羊肉馅/牛肉馅/猪肉馅(都可以)250克,洋葱1个(中)。黑胡椒碎2克,蚝油1勺。
做法:
1,面粉混合盐和油,加水,揉成三光面团。盖保鲜膜醒发10分钟。
2,起锅烧油,把羊肉馅炒香,放凉一下,和洋葱碎混合,加黑椒粒,蚝油一勺,盐2克,调味后腌制10分钟。
3,取出面团,分成8等份。擀成长方形,包入馅料,捏紧上下两边收口。左右两头擀薄,折叠,翻过来。放烤盘中。
4,扫蛋液,撒芝麻。烤箱预热220度,中层,烤20分钟。最后几分钟看上色情况出炉。
