职位描述：
1. The quotation specialist is responsible to propose and provide quotations according to different client requirements.
根据客户的不同需求提出报价并提供报价。
2. For the quotation requirement of a new product category, new clients or uncertain standards. The quotation specialist is required to consult with technical manager for the standards.
针对新产品类别、新客户或不确定标准的报价要求。报价专员需向技术经理咨询标准。
3. The quotation specialist needs to work closely with the scheduling team to confirm the inspection period of each activity.
与排班团队紧密合作，确定每个活动的检查周期
4. If there is any discrepancy between the quotation proposal and the expectation of client, the quotation specialist is expected to work closely with the technical operation manager and further adjust the proposal if needed.
当报价方案与客户的期望不一致，报价专员应与技术运营经理密切配合，必要时进一步调整报价方案。

岗位二：排班协调员Scheduler & Coordinator
职位描述：
1.与公司运营团队、工厂及客户沟通协调中国区域的验货安排。
Communicate effectively between AQF operations team, factories and clients to prepare inspections all over China.
2.根据客户的要求，与工厂配合，确认验货日期和验货地址。
Coordinate closely with factories to validate the inspection date and factory address following client's requirements.
3.与客户经理合作，为客户提供准确的信息和优质的服务。
Work together with the account managers to provide accurate information and excellent service to our customers.

1.that the bookings received are handled timely, in an efficient and with excellent communication both with the customers/factories/suppliers and internally with schedulers / regional managers to ensure that manpower availability/cost saving is taken into account;

1.英语水平：由于属于民营外资企业，对英语水平的基本要求必须达到——具备基本的读写能力，客服客服岗位必须有一定的口语能力。
2.每周六上一天班：这是三个岗位的共同性质——会进行一个排班（值班）制度，不能免除。——不能接受者请勿扰！！
3.加班时间：毕竟是工作，每个岗位都会有自己分内的任务需要处理，没在规定时间内完成的都是需要自行安排的。请各社会打工人加以理解！
