岗位:客服代表 (本岗位不能接受加班者慎投!!)
1.that the bookings received are handled timely, in an efficient and with excellent communication both with the customers/factories/suppliers and internally with schedulers / regional managers to ensure that manpower availability/cost saving is taken into account;
及时、高效地处理收到的预订,并与客户/工厂/供应商和内部调度员/区域经理进行良好的沟通,以确保考虑到人力可用性/成本节约;
2.that the quotations are prepared timely, accurately and following company internal guidelines;
报价及时、准确,并遵循公司内部指导方针;
3.Good understanding and continuous learning customer requirements, SOP and customer expectation;
良好理解并不断学习客户要求、SOP和客户期望;
4.that any questions or enquiries from customers are being attended professionally and timely, considering the company and customers’ point of view;
考虑到公司和客户的观点,对客户提出的任何问题或询问都能及时、专业地予以解答;
5.Report to line supervisor/manager immediately if any question or support may need;
如果有任何问题或需要支持,立即向部门主管/经理汇报
6.that any issue or complaint are properly dealt with and reported to managers without delay;
任何问题或投诉都得到妥善处理,并及时向经理汇报
7.Good cooperation with technical, accounting, operational teams and KAM through careful and efficient report checking and proper dispatch of information;
通过仔细和高效的报告检查和正确的信息发送与技术、会计、运营团队和KAM进行良好的合作
8.Continuous self-growing and recommendations on improving quality of service are welcome;
不断自我发展,并提出改善服务质素的建议
9.Ensure best satisfaction provided to customers from outside and inside;
