序言：
This case is a loft-style Italian light luxury design project. The designer achieved an overall premium texture through the juxtaposition of diverse materials and perfectly rendered lighting, crafting an ideal home that balances practicality with sophistication using low-saturation, warm-hued finishes.

本案是一套意式轻奢轻奢风复式案例，设计师通过不同材质的碰撞、恰到好处的灯光渲染，塑造出整体的高级质感，用低饱和的温润质感打造出兼顾实用性与高级感的理想之家。

客厅 Living Room





The entire space is painted in beige and light coffee tones as the base. Sunlight filters through white vertical blinds, casting soft shadows across the interior. The white walls are finished with artistic paint to enhance texture, using delicate patterns to counterbalance the openness of the large solid color area. The circular marble coffee table features natural ink-like textures, with its organic, flowing patterns. The curved corner sofa, in beige with a brown backrest, boasts a minimalist yet design-conscious silhouette.

全屋以米白、浅咖打底，阳光透过白色竖百叶帘铺满室内，在空间晕开柔和的光影。白色墙面采用了艺术漆增加质感，以细腻的肌理消解大面积素色的空旷感。大理石圆形茶几自带天然的水墨纹理，天然墨水纹理随性灵动。弧形的转角沙发，以米白色的主体搭配棕色的靠背，造型简约又不失设计感。

餐厅 Dining room





The marble dining table echoes the stone of the coffee table, with a long pendant light hanging on the tabletop. The thin metal frame is paired with a transparent glass lamp body, creating a unique and minimalist design that is not clich é d. The cabinet next to the dining table is adorned with new Chinese style wall lamps, emitting a warm and elegant glow.

大理石餐桌与茶几石材相呼应，桌面上悬挂长条形吊灯，细金属框搭配通透玻璃灯体，极简的造型独特不落俗套。餐桌旁的柜子上点缀着新中式的壁灯，散发出温润雅致的光芒。

Through the collision of different materials and the layering of light and shadow, a calm yet elegant dining environment is created, which is simple, restrained, and full of exquisite details.

通过不同材质间的碰撞，和光影的层次，打造出沉稳又不失风度的用餐环境，简约克制，又满含精致细节。

玄关 Vestibule





The stair base is made of black marble with rough and atmospheric patterns, and the white ink patterned stone on the steps echoes the dining and living rooms. Warm light emanates from the bottom of the steps, weakening the heaviness of the stone.

楼梯基座是黑底大理石，自带粗犷大气的花纹，踏步的白底水墨纹石材与餐厅和客厅相呼应，暖光自台阶底部漫出，弱化了石材的厚重感。

主卧  Master bedroom





The bedside background adopts a stable gray texture hard package as the background, combined with thin black metal strips for segmentation, looking exquisite and neat. Connected to the gray toned wall panels are dark cabinets and white curtains, forming a color hierarchy from deep to light. The black leisure chair by the window, paired with a red small edge table and adorned with green plants, becomes the finishing touch of the space.

床头背景采用了沉稳的灰色肌理硬包做背景，加上细黑金属条分割，看起来精致利落。与灰调墙板衔接的，分别是深色的柜体与白色的纱帘，构成了由深至浅的色彩层次。窗边的黑色休闲椅，搭配红色小边几，点缀上绿植，成为空间的点睛之笔。

The side of the dressing room features leather door panels with diamond patterned patterns, enhancing a delicate texture that adds a touch of luxury. The dark glass cabinet door next to it faintly reveals the items inside. At the end of the cloakroom, a desk and a fine wrought iron armchair are placed by the window, creating a quiet and comfortable office area. Natural light shines through the blinds, casting strip-shaped shadows.

衣帽间侧面采用菱格压纹的皮质门板，细腻的质感提升轻奢感，旁边的深色玻璃柜门，隐约透出柜内物品。衣帽间尽头靠窗安置书桌和细铁艺单椅，构成静谧舒适的办公区，自然光透过百叶窗遮光帘，投射出条状的光影。

小孩房 Children's room





The overall color tone of the space is more stable, abandoning the high headboard design and adopting a platform bed. The headboard is arranged with stacked artistic floor lamps, and warm light overflows from the staggered arrangement of lampshades. Install a black and white lazy sofa by the window to create a casual and lazy leisure corner.

空间整体色调更加沉稳，摒弃高床头设计，采用地台床，床头布置层叠造型的艺术落地灯，暖光从错落排布的灯罩中溢出。窗边安置黑白懒人沙发，打造随性慵懒的休闲角。

A suspended L-shaped dressing table placed by the window, with a clean and simple design, paired with a makeup mirror and a metal frame leisure chair; The blinds and blackout curtains in front of the window can precisely control the lighting and create a comfortable makeup lighting surface.

靠窗安置的悬浮式L形的梳妆台，造型利落简约，搭配化妆镜与金属框架休闲椅；窗前的百叶窗遮光帘，可精准控制采光，打造舒适的化妆采光面。
