第一道菜:荷叶蒜蓉蒸排骨
准备材料:排骨500G、蒜头一个、荷叶一张
做法:先将买回来的排骨洗干净,然后剁碎蒜头,用适量的盐、豉油、糖、生粉加剁碎的蒜蓉将排骨拌腌片刻,然后放进干净的荷叶中,在做饭时,放入饭煲中蒸,饭跳制即可享用。
小Tips:蒸排骨可以自行添加香菇、香芋、淮山等材料混合一起蒸,味道会不一样。

第二道菜:韭菜花炒鲜鱿
准备材料:鲜鱿300G、韭菜花200G
做法:先将韭菜花摘除花部分,然后清洗干净韭菜花,切成合适的大小。鲜鱿洗净后界花,切成小块,用适量的盐、豉油、糖、生粉拌混鲜鱿。最后开锅用大火爆炒韭菜花,再加入鲜鱿炒到卷起即可。
