<p> 由于家里面积不大，格局改动也不多，，更重要的是荷包有限，所以没有考虑请独立设计。担心两个小年轻镇不住工长，最后还是决定选一家靠谱装企进行施工，想要追求个性，所以确定了半包模式，自己去挑心仪的主材，吸取了妈网各位大神的经验，决定做一名白嫖渣男，货比N家。<br/></p><p> 两SY——第一家装企两SY是在土某兔平台上约的，排名靠前，上门的是一名女设计师和一个年轻小伙子，设计师负责沟通需求，小伙子负责量尺寸（大部分装企都是这样两人配合）。沟通的过程中感觉设计师有点强硬，这也不行那也不行，第一印象一般（事实后面印证了这个确实不行）。大概三天后说出图了让我们去谈谈，这一谈基本上就否决了这家公司。首先，开出的价格确实是几家里面最低的，但是用的材料一水的进口高端品牌，成本高昂，光是这点就存疑了。其次，设计师业务能力很弱，基本相当于一个销售，CADSU这样的家装基本软件都不懂(我感觉平面图应该也是量尺的小伙子出的)，一个劲的推销着自家公司的主材，当我提出想装壁挂马桶的时候居然被她告知壁挂马桶的设计只有国外才有（黑人问号？？？？？？）。这样的装修常识水平如果有人问我我永远是不推荐不推荐不推荐。果断抛弃，首战告负。<br/></p><p> <br/></p><p> 蜗WJ——第二家蜗WJ，其实一开始是听同事的约的轩Y，后来知道是一家公司。来的是个男设计师彭工，人很和蔼也很守时，沟通也很顺畅，去了五洲城面谈，感觉企业也打，做事也挺靠谱的，无奈后面谈完价格有些偏高于心里价位，谈不下来，而且觉得设计也没有太大亮点，在对比后面几家之后放弃。<br/></p><p><br/></p><p> 星Y——贵贵贵贵贵，选星Y是因为邻居也在用，来了个女设计师，其实真的觉得她很不错，能沟通而且经常根据我们描述的情景代入式的模拟设想，感觉是真的有在认真设计，后面给出的设计也是真的有给我们带来一些启发，她也是第一个发现我家屋子其实是原就有不错的水泥批荡层的，不需要重新批荡。公司在天河，感觉也是很正规的一类，而且经过我们后来去立邦逛的时候遇到一个区域经理证实，他们是广州少数几家有跟立邦厂家正式合作的且能在包装印上logo的装企。但是一问价格真是高出心里价位太多，一边感叹邻居有钱，一遍慌忙撤退T T<br/></p><p><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;"> 铂Y——这是是纠结最久的一家装企。周工看起来年纪不大但是让人感觉很实在，没有那么多销售式的套话，而且在设计的时候也有自己的想法，面谈过程中也很耐心的跟我们讲解了各种工艺和用料的区别，受益匪浅，价格也合适，要不是因为有喜家与其竞争对比，真的差点就选择了，好评！感叹妈网还是靠谱！<br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p> 喜迎门———喜家也是妈网上的网红了，很不同的一点是只来了一个人，黄工，一边量尺一边听取建议。这里着重点名夸奖一下，黄工真的是我最终选择喜家的原因。喜家公司在新河浦，门面很小，没有很大的主材展厅，开门见山聊方案和项目。不同于其他家图纸演示，黄工直接在电脑上打开CAD和SU建模进行讲解，清晰有条理，操作水平过硬。（在后面商量水电定位的时候也都是直接现场在图上修改展现，直观节省时间） 最重要的是，在我们预想方案的基础上，黄工给出了扩大厨房，卫生间三分离，缩小过道无效面积的设计思路（原来的厨房2平米实在太小了），真正解决了我们原来户型的痛点。后面由于我的想法多变，方案改了很多次，黄工也都能马上修改呈现，提出建议，真的有设计师的感觉。喜家报价在几家中算是比较合理，在与其他装企对比后，冲着黄工的设计和靠谱，最终选择了喜家。<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0); color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">（然而喜家有好大脑没有好手脚，最后因为工头执行不行，导致后续一波三折，那就是后话了）</span><br/></p><p> <br/></p> <p style="margin: 5px 0px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 24px;"><span class="font" sans-serif">3</span>号签合同，这里讲下牛角监。在群里麻油的推荐下果断定了牛角监的全程监理服务（不足<span class="font" style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">80</span>平按<span class="font" style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">80</span>平算），指定了监理张工。一开始线上审核报价单张工就给了很多中肯的建议，签合同当天，因为有张工陪同所以不用再花心思去学习工艺方面的各种问题，直接把报价和图纸交给他，我们两只用关心布局和水电位，期间张工非常认真，一项一项核对工艺流程，对可能产生增项的部分要求喜家提前备注，对各个项目收费是否在合理区间进行确认，整个过程大概花了<span class="font" style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">2</span>个小时，非常感谢有张工，让我整个过程可以安安心心躺平等着签名。</span></span><br/></p><p style="margin: 5px 0px; white-space: normal;"><span class="font" style="font-family:宋体"><span </span>对于第三方监理，网上褒贬不一，有的说请了监理就是和工长串通好了让工人拍张照就来骗钱的。但就我这次接触的张工来看，第三方监理真的是在很多方面能对装企起到限制作用的，他们专业知识更丰富，也更有经验，能和装企据理力争，对于我这种对装修一点不懂的小白而言，整个装修过程不至于成为装修公司的“一言堂”。最主要的，是不用再纠结工艺质量方面问题，安心放心省心，毕竟装修有关事情真的太多了。</span></span><br/></p><p> style=";color:black">年的保修承诺，价格透明，但缺点是不支持定制，只能在固定的几个尺寸柜体里去组合，这要求你的厨房是四四方方规整的。宜家的价格不贵但是也绝不是最经济的选择，对于我这种钱包紧张且厨房有柱子不太规整的来说不太友好，遂放弃。（</span><span 32px">试水结束之后就是铺砖环节，先要开始的是门槛石的采购，根据之前踩点的经验，石溪的石材店很多，于是挑了一个下午直奔石材店选购，之前功课做得少，只知道门槛石主要分为花岗岩和大理石，花岗岩硬度较高价格较贵，但是由于大理石大多为了防止开裂需要铁条加固，算上这方面费用的话其实价格和花岗岩差不多。因为家里门槛石不多，于是打保守牌选了纯黑色花岗岩。工期延误虽迟但到，门槛石到的当天就因为搬运问题折断了，重新生产拖了几天时间。</p><p
