Recipe: Shrimp Tom Yum (处方: 虾冬荫公)
Submerge the packet in hot water for 1 minute. Cut open, the paste will come out easily.

1. Boil 2 cups (480ml.) water. (煮480毫升水)
2. Add contents of this packet the boiling water. (将汤包里的料倒入热水中)
3. Add 200g . deveined shrimp and 100g . mushroom. (加200克虾及100克蘑菇)
4. Add fish sauce or salt and lime juice to taste. (加鱼露或盐及柠檬汁调味)

鲜虾8只、鸡汤1升、香茅1只、姜50克、香菜1棵、草菇200克、鲜辣椒适量、冬阴功酱1.5大匙、青柠汁5匙、椰奶3大匙、鱼露2匙、砂糖1匙、鸡精少量
做法:
1,虾洗净去壳(不去壳也行)
2,草菇去蒂洗净,切对半
3,姜拍松,香茅拍松切段,香菜洗净
4,将鸡汤倒入锅中,放入姜和香茅和香菜头
5,汤煮沸后放入草菇
6,再次沸腾后放入冬阴功酱
7,再次沸腾后放入虾
8,加入鱼露、青柠汁和砂糖调味,再次煮沸后根据口味放入鲜辣椒(如果不能吃辣的可以不放

烹调处理
1、
切牛肉或鸡肉(分量随个人喜欢),热油稍煎炒肉类
2、加热240ml左右的椰奶放入半包酱料加热至有油沫
3、放入切好番茄、土豆和洋葱烹调至变软(土豆可以先用少量油慢火先煎至二面金黄,这样的煮好的土豆不容易都化了而且吃起来会很粉;土豆和洋葱可以先煮一会再加入蕃茄,因为后者比较容易烂)
4、加入250g肉片搅拌并放入240ml水煮沸
5、放入鱼露提味
