做凤梨酥的时候,把酥皮分量加大了,多出来的做了几个玻璃饼干,很Q,小朋友超级喜欢。呃,看了大家的留言,惭愧的说,这是我看了别人的方子偷师来的,不是我自创的哈。

昨天移民国外的一位老同事回国探亲,大家带着小朋友一起聚会,我做了些蛋糕和小饼干去,因为小朋友多,所以饼干做成这种很可爱的玻璃小饼。第一次是用的凤梨酥皮的方子,面团很软,所以烤的时候变形厉害,这次烤的时候,加多了点低粉,不会变形,但是口味却没第一次的好,第一次完全就是曲奇的味道,第二次是奶油饼干的味道,吼吼。

这是第一次做玻璃小饼后剩下的面团做的小曲奇饼干,非常非常好吃,我喜欢吃表面有砂糖的曲奇,蓝罐曲奇都是先把有砂糖的那种吃完,卡卡。
