不知道你是住那栋69方125万，我家顶楼7楼卖了100万，隔离15栋2楼也是100万。

laurelyj44楼东湖豪苑，还有海印苑，这两个是东山口附近带培正小学学位的电梯楼。我觉得这两个都还可以。不过，同一个小区里面，有的房子吵，有的房子就很安静，主要还是要看朝向。个人觉得，每个房子都不一样，还是要眼见为实。有很好的房子，但也有很差的。总的来说，住在老城区，尤其是越秀区，最大的优点就是生活交通都很方便，且学校也不错。

sharonne.y51楼锦城花园A期的房子，就是不靠马路里面的那一排，除了自身价格较贵以及周边菜市场价格较贵，其余我总体满意。
安静，离地铁只有不到三分钟走路的距离、门口就是公交车、处于东风东路靠近广州大道，去哪里都很方便，学位也不错。不过靠马路的就要三思了，吵绝对是个问题，当然价格也平一些。

楼盘比较新，南北对流，北边比较吵，南边不错，高层点（10层以上）基本无遮拦，视线开阔，可看到珠江景色，晚上看小蛮腰非常漂亮。小区面积小，停车多，但是管理还比较严格。还好离东湖公园、烈士陵园也不太远，步行20多分钟就可到达。习惯了东山，所以爱恋东山。
