谈谈我丢下英语十年后，重新学习英语的过程

十年前，我读大学时，四级没过，一直对自己的英语很没有信心。
毕业后，一直没敢再碰英文，一直觉得英文很难很难，听力和口语就像一道不可以逾越的墙，一直挡在我面前，望而生畏。
从去年开始，或者是觉得自己开始慢慢的老了，或者是觉得不够自信，或者是对自己一种不安全的感觉，我决定开始重拾英语。那个时候，估计我的词汇量只有2000左右。庆幸的是以前读初中和高中还有一点儿基础，自学对于我来说不是困难，唯一困难的是，能够坚持多久。

乖米米沙发又仔细看了看楼主的帖子。谢谢你的分享。我忽然想重新练习英语，是前段时间看电影《泰山》，英文原版的，竟然没有中文字幕！！可是，自己也能听懂一些。忽然有了点小信心！上来妈网找方法。谢谢你。

小叮当烦烦5楼楼主的这个帖子简直为我下了一场及时雨一样，太受用了！最近我也是重新捧上英语课本，不为工作的暂时所需，是为了满足自己兴趣，大学毕业后基本把所学的英文忘得七七八八，工作后一直很想重新拾回，无奈日常生活和工作都比较忙碌，一直没有坚持下来。自从经历这次工作变迁的想法后，下定了决心去学好英文，我也是口语不行，词汇量也不多，因此需要下很大的苦功去学习，因为我知道，学英文不仅是工作上的需要，更大的原因是自己的兴趣，学以致用并作为自己的一个技能，活到老学到老，对知识的渴求是积极的生活态度。

我就是下载www.englishpod.com里面的。这网站里面注册一个号只可以用七天。你可以先挑好自己想听的主题，全部下载下来。里面当你的帐号有效的时候， 其实每个课题都有对应的练习。 如果不嫌麻烦，可以七天过了后，再注册新的帐号（我是下载下来，然后放在手机听的）。遇到的新单词我都会全部录入www.shanbay.com。里面也会安排我进行复习。

口语本来就是交流至上，不用管语法的。书面语就需要注意语法啦。

I always use english for email, documentation and contact with other, but actually, my oral english and listening is not so good.
But I find a thing, if I stay with a foreigner over one day, communication with him in english will be easyer than begining.
so, more frequently leaning will be better for english improving.
Before, I asked one of my germany colleague, how can he learing english, he told me, more often practise thinking in english, and then, always speak.
So, come on.....

LZ真的很厉害，看到LZ的成果，我也有信心了，亏自己还在澳洲留学了几年，到头来反而中文越来越好了！现在很汗颜啊！我也要重拾英语，重拾回信心！

查看原文我也是偶尔去上课，主要是前面练口语去的多，中大的课我也很少上了。现在基本靠自己。

field_rose楼19楼陪儿子的时候也和儿子说说。现在儿子五岁，会说简单的句型（what's this, this is , what's ur name, what's color等）。单词超一百。只是会说，不会写。我也是重点培训他说的能力。
