常来22楼从第四个月开始，宝宝口感不再是单调的奶味，而是源源不断来自人间美味的辅食。为了能让宝宝得到更全面的均衡营养，利用空余时间刻苦钻研厨艺，务求吃得饱，喝得香。看着宝宝满心欢喜地吃着我做的美食，就算再苦再累一切都是浮云！
添加辅食的益处多多，能增加宝宝食欲、锻炼宝宝的咀嚼能力、肠道发育甚至语言发育。宝宝的茁壮成长，就是我的最大心愿！
此外，我还制作了一系列的花样辅食，为宝宝日后作准备。

Janet可樂23楼我家宝宝5个多月,刚添加辅食没多久,本来辅食的首选是享氏,但有一次逛超市时,看到有一款辅食搞特价,就入手了一盒,还入了2盒磨牙饼干..
刚开始添加时,宝宝好像不太喜欢吃,吃几口都不吃了.,不知是啥原因,饼干也没吃几次..吃完这盒米粉,,是要准备转心目中的"享氏"啦,希望到时宝宝能喜欢上吃辅食..
宝宝虽然吃纯米粉不怎么喜欢吃,可是妈妈有绝招哦,嘿嘿.每天添加天然食物.下面是南瓜泥加米粉.
先切几小块的薄南瓜
然后用蒸锅蒸熟,非常快的哦,这是一天的量,,宝宝现在每次的量还是很少的.
选两小块.
磨成泥,,呵呵,,很绵的哦,,然后加上三勺米粉,加上开水冲好米粉后,再一勺一勺加入南瓜泥
直到调到宝宝可以喝的稀度.,一般刚开始宝宝添加都不要太稠,,稀一点会消化好一点.
每次加入了南瓜泥,胡萝卜泥,土豆泥之类的辅食,宝贝都特别爱吃哦..都吃光光啦..还有蛋黄泥,也适当兑了水来喂,宝宝也不抗拒.超开心.....
再来上个我家宝宝吃辅食的相片,,嘿嘿..
下面是胡萝卜泥加米粉的制作过程......
看我家宝宝吃的滋滋有味...每次看到宝宝吃的心满意足的样子,当妈妈的也很满足哦...
还有宝宝的水果汁之类的,,因为天气冷,,我都会蒸热后,再挤水出来兑稀给宝宝喝,,我家宝宝也超爱喝的..虽然现在还小,辅食还不能加的太多,但我会一步一步的来,,,再往下慢慢增加其他更多的辅食啦...加油!
我一般蒸橙汁,苹果汁,葡萄汁,热了后,再用勺子挤水出来兑温水给宝宝喝...
蒸好的橙汁是这样的...还有香蕉泥之类的也做过,,因为天气冷都不做了,太凉了...这些都是最近比较常做的...

两个顽皮蛋24楼大家来围观我们家宝宝的辅食了，全部是亨氏系列的米粉。
各个口味的搭配，添加各种营养素，给宝宝多样化的食物，营养倍添，健康成长！而且容易冲调，省了妈妈们不少的时间！
下面是宝宝平时喝的果泥，小家伙非常的爱喝。
最后来秀秀自己平时给宝宝做的各种汤类，宝宝还小，吃不到肉，没关系，精华都已经在汤里了。
哈哈..现在宝宝已经被我养成喝汤的习惯了，吃饭没汤就跟我吵。
宝宝还在长牙的阶段，给宝宝蒸的玉米和饺子，可以锻炼宝宝的咀嚼能力~~

零点一滴泪25楼宝宝见别人嘴巴动也想吃，条件反射的流口水。爱吃是天性，像我，把当娃时的天性延续到现在，不折不扣的一个吃货，其实也没什么不好，只要把握好度，享受其中，是多么的惬意啊，生活真美好。但在宝宝食品在选择和制作上要求都很苛刻，要安全，要健康，要营养均衡等等。苛刻，然后练就了我们的火眼金睛。 说起营养安全餐，我们家宝宝吃得比较杂，但也算很健康营养。粥、粉、面、蔬果、果泥、饼干、面包等等，基本上都有涉及。蔬果类，我偶尔给宝宝些苹果条、圣女果、红萝卜条等，有点硬度适合宝宝咀嚼的。果泥，给宝宝吃过亨氏1段的豌豆泥、玉米泥、混合水果泥，2段的蔬菜骨泥，还有其他牌子的果泥、蔬菜泥。饼干，试过的牌子也挺多的，宝宝牙长得快，本来磨牙用的饼干，基本没派上用场，嘎嘣脆，全部粉碎在他的牙齿一闭一合间，后来索性就当是他两餐间的小点心了，貌似也不错。来围观下我的图片吧
给宝宝特别像我家宝宝这样一岁以下的选择营养食品时，要遵循几个原则：1、无盐少油，以清淡为主 2、绿色食品 3、拒绝有害添加物食品 4、小颗粒装容易引起窒息的慎重考虑。
宝宝太小，肾脏、肝脏排毒功能没完善，过早或过量添加盐会增加肾和肝的负担，因此，选购时要看清楚成分表，选择最适合宝宝的。
绿色食品为主，绿色的是比较安全的，当然，农药残留问题还是存在的，所以购买绿色食品，如蔬果，一定要到正规的市场购买，果泥果汁类认准大品牌。
拒绝含有有害添加剂的食品给宝宝食用，这个要监护人在购买宝宝食品时要打起12分精神，精挑细选，当然，有害添加剂大致有什么还是要知道的，譬如色素、香精、增香剂、增味剂等等，需要大家非常细心的辨别。
挑选宝宝食品时，大家要选适合宝宝吃的，宝宝太小，看到小东西不敢能吃不能都往嘴里塞，还喜欢一边玩一边说话一边吃，如果零食跟花生米那么大的话，很容易不小心卡到气管里发生危险，所以尽量不要选购长宽1到2厘米左右的零食。
定时定餐定量，少食多餐也是可行的。
我们爱宝宝，希望给他更均衡的营养，健康，是我们共同的期许。宝宝健康，爱吃饭，爱吃健康食品，爱探索，我觉得是件很令人愉快的事。

fayho28楼我家给宝宝准备的辅食基本都是自己制作的为主。因为现在的食品安全实在很不让人放心，偶尔也会给宝宝买点饼干啊，主要都是国外的品牌为主，在香港购买，原装入口的。
在家里宝宝的辅食以粥类为主，奶奶婆婆也会为宝宝准备馒头和面条，都是自家手工制作的。
夏秋季节，会给宝宝准备水果，例如西瓜，火龙果等等，甜美的水果汁是宝宝的最爱。
到香港为宝宝选购的米粉，喜宝，国际知名品牌了，原装德国进口的，还有BABYNAT的米粉，这个牌子的宝宝喜欢吃，都挺不错的。
