茶茶很多时候做菜是突发其想的~
如这个台湾卤肉饭!
某天家婆买来半肥瘦肉肉(平时都是家婆帮忙买好送菜的呵)
当时就是不太想吃剁肉饼,于是做了简易版的卤肉饭!
材料:3:7肥瘦肉切粒(理想是3:3:4肥肉:猪皮:瘦肉)、姜粒、蒜粒。
PS:简易版就以上材料,有时间准备的最好加入:洋葱、虾米、猪皮(增加胶质)冬菇、鸡蛋(卤鸡蛋超好吃哦)
做法:
1、先把肥肉逼出油(不用逼太干哦),捞出一些油后下瘦肉粒、蒜粒、姜爆香;
2、加入生抽、冰糖、少许白酒、半碗清水大火煮开后慢火焖煮20分钟即可。
