6.桃胶皂角米银耳百合羹
材料:桃胶20克、皂角米20克、银耳半朵、百合20克、冰糖适量。
方法:(1)桃胶、皂角米分别置于不同清水碗中放入冰箱浸泡(8小时左右)至软涨,体积涨大数倍。再仔细将桃胶里的黑色杂质去除,反复清洗数遍备用;皂角米反复清洗数遍备用。
(2)银耳清水浸泡30分钟或以上至涨大数倍,去掉黄色根部,撕成小块备用。
(3)百合切掉头尾,撕成一片片,清洗干净后备用。
(4)将所有材料放入炖蛊,隔水炖一个半小时或以上至胶质浓稠(最后半小时放入适量冰糖),即可盛出开吃。
