font-size: 18px;">没有不好的户型，只有不好的设计方案</span>。所以合理的<span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">设计方案</span>是成功的第一步。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">1. 家的功能需求</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">（1）家有两个顶梁柱（我和老公）、两个后盾（爸爸妈妈）、两个花钱的（一哥一妹），所以我们需要</span><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0); font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none;">4个卧室，一个书房以及2个洗手间。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（2）我和先生都是购物狂，所以需要<span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">足够强大的收纳空间</span>。慢慢学会断舍离吧。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（3）喜欢简单明亮，所以收纳空间</span><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">内藏外露的比例控制在2：8</span><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">。因为原来的家书柜是无门开放的，受够了灰尘。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2. 装修公司的选择</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 考虑到户型设计和后期保修，还是决定选择装修公司。<span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">建议大家可以同时约多家公司上门量房给装修方案和报价</span>（都是免费的），不同的装修公司和设计师在装修理念上差异蛮大，选择一家适合自己风格的即可。我最终选择的是喜迎门公司D姓设计师，目前来看优点在于该设计师之前装修过同小区邻居家，对户型比较熟悉。缺点在于他太忙，每次联系都慢几拍。让我不由担心后期施工的沟通和顺利程度。价格方面不是最贵的，但也不会太便宜，半包预算在10W左右，不知后期会不会增加。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 6月4日：装修果然处处是坑，我们总是过分信任了人性。目前为止，装修出现的问题在于：</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> </span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">3. 开工前准备</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（1）<strong>燃气过户</strong>：因厨房位置的变动，<strong>建议先将燃气过户，方便后期验收</strong>。这个小经验推荐给买二手房的麻油。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（2）<strong>物业备案</strong>：4.9日在物业交装修保证金，备案。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（3）<strong>工长确定</strong>：工长是设计师帮忙挑选的，4.14号碰了个头，确定打拆范围，拉了个微信群方便沟通。打拆要1.5W，其实有熟人说帮忙打拆也就1W，考虑到装修公司也要赚钱噻，也想后续施工顺利些。贵点就贵点，但是如果打拆后面再加价，我肯定就不应了。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">（4）目前等待<strong>报建审批</strong>，就可以动工了。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">4. 设计图</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;
