余下半碗清水用来调匀融化白凉粉

冰糖融化了,颜色差不多好了,就把蝶豆花捞起来,把融好的白凉粉浆倒入蝶豆花水里,轻轻搅拌均匀

然后把这一锅蓝蓝的白凉粉平均分成4份,刚好4碗,先放着备用
