This case is a modern luxury villa, designed by a designer to create diverse styles in different zones. Based on modern simplicity, it establishes a unified tone and creates an ideal home that is harmonious, diverse, and mixed.

本案是一套现代轻奢别墅案例，设计师分区营造多元风格，又以现代简约为基底，使用大理石材质贯穿全屋，奠定统一的基调，打造和谐统一多元混搭的理想居所。

客厅 Living Room

The open-ceiling layout of the living room appears grand and airy, with a lightweight and elegant pendant light serving as the focal point of the space, mitigating the sense of emptiness caused by the exceptionally high ceiling. Seamless white marble floor tiles create an expansive visual effect, while the full-length marble slab features natural textures resembling ink paintings, further enhanced by built-in light strips for a more sophisticated ambiance. The furniture design is minimalist yet bold in color, with a deep red armchair and a saffron yellow sofa breaking the monotony of the plain hard finishes through striking color contrasts.

客厅挑空的格局看起来大气通透，造型轻盈飘逸的吊灯成为空间的亮点，避免因超高的层高导致出现空旷的感觉。无缝通铺的白色大理石地砖构成开阔的视觉效果，整面大理石岩板自带水墨画一样的自然纹理，加上自带的灯带更显大气。家具的造型简约，但配色大胆，酒红色单椅与姜黄色沙发以浓烈的撞色打破素色硬装的平淡。





The entryway features a glass brick wall as a partition, balancing transparency with privacy. The dark marble base, with its interwoven black, white, and green textures, exudes a dignified and sophisticated ambiance, elevating the space's refinement. The rounded arched doorway softens the rigidity of straight walls, creating a gentle and expansive atmosphere.

玄关部分以玻璃砖墙作为隔断，通透与隐私兼顾，深色大理石底座，黑白绿交织的纹理沉稳大气，提升了空间精致度。圆润的弧形门洞打破直线墙体的生硬感，营造出柔和舒展的氛围。

茶室  Teahouse





The tea room is decorated with a simple and elegant beige base, creating a relaxed Zen atmosphere. The tea table is made of dark solid wood as the tabletop, with asymmetrical support on both sides. One side retains the natural rock texture, rough and natural, while the other side uses simple metal support, becoming the visual center of the room. The combination of red brown new Chinese style round chairs and three avant-garde and dynamic metal shaped low stools creates a collision between traditional charm and modern art.

茶室以素雅的米白色打底，营造出松弛的禅意氛围。茶桌以深色实木为桌面，两侧支撑采用不对称设计，一侧保留天然山石肌理，粗犷自然，另一侧采用简约的金属支撑，成为房间的视觉重心。红棕色新中式圈椅搭配三把造型前卫灵动金属异形矮凳，形成传统韵味与现代艺术的碰撞。

西厨  Western cuisine

The white background of the luxury stone bar is interwoven with ink and green to create a beautiful pattern. The long artistic pendant light, with its curved streamlined shape and metallic texture, echoes the luxury stone countertop.

奢石吧台白底上墨色与绿色交织出富有美感的纹路，长条艺术吊灯以弯折的流线造型与金属质感，和奢石台面形成呼应。

楼梯  Staircase

The steps continue the white marble material on the ground, while the guardrails on both sides are made of eye-catching red glass, creating a sharp contrast. The walls are covered with vintage Western flower and bird paintings, turning the hallway into an artistic corridor full of storytelling.

台阶延续了地面的白色大理石材质，护栏两侧则使用了亮眼的红色玻璃，形成鲜明的对比。墙面铺满了复古的西洋花鸟画，将过道变成富有故事感的艺术走廊。

餐厅 Dining room





The restaurant is located on the first floor, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on both sides creating a bright and open space. The circular dining table in black and white color scheme echoes the circular ceiling above. The island bar features natural stone textures, paired with two high stools made of solid wood, serving both casual dining and wine-tasting purposes while also facilitating meal preparation.

餐厅位于一楼，两面落地玻璃推拉门的布置让整个空间通透明亮，黑白配色的圆形餐桌和上方的圆形吊顶形成呼应。岛台的石纹奔放自然，搭配两把高款实木吧椅，兼顾简餐、品酒与备餐功能。

厨房  Kitchen





The classic black-and-white combination, devoid of redundant handles, features clean and crisp lines that create a refreshing and tidy visual effect. With minimalist color schemes and neatly organized storage, it crafts a modern kitchen that is both practical and exudes a touch of luxurious sophistication.

经典的黑白搭配，没有冗余的拉手，线条干净利落，营造出清爽整洁的视觉效果，以极简的配色、规整收纳打造实用又兼具轻奢质感的现代厨房。

玄关 Vestibule





The staggered vertical partitions paired with artistic rock panels create a luxurious atmosphere. The artistic ornament with red and blue contrasting colors creates a visual focal point rich in artistic tension in a plain white space.

错落的竖条隔断搭配艺术岩板，轻奢氛围拉满。红蓝撞色的艺术摆件，在素白的空间形成富有艺术张力的视觉焦点。

家庭厅  Family room





The family hall continues the minimalist milky white base of the entire house, with a ceiling equipped with linear light strips and embedded tube lights, providing soft and even lighting. The table is made of natural ink textured marble with a golden acrylic bracket, which is lightweight and high-end. The entire wall features a black and white contrasting open display cabinet, with layered storage for displaying books and trophies. Paired with a projector, it blends a vintage feel with modern lightness and sophistication.

家庭厅延续了全屋简约奶白基底，天花搭配线性灯带与嵌入式筒灯，光线柔和均匀。桌子使用天然水墨纹理大理石搭配金色亚克力支架，轻盈高级。整墙黑白撞色开放式展示柜，分层收纳展示书籍和奖杯，搭配投影仪，在现代的轻盈高级中融合了复古的质感。

主卧  Master bedroom





The master bedroom leans towards American style light luxury, with a light colored wooden floor that creates a delicate and relaxing atmosphere with a warm texture. The background of the headboard is composed of staggered and layered brass components, creating an artistic visual focal point. The layered pillows blend multiple fabrics, with elegant and sophisticated color combinations.

主卧偏向美式轻奢，地板采用了浅色木地板，以温润的质感烘托精密的休憩氛围。床头背景以错落层叠的黄铜构件，组成富有艺术感的视觉焦点。层次丰富的抱枕融合了多种面料，色彩搭配雅致高级。

The master bathroom is fully tiled with light beige matte tiles to soften the cold feel of the space. A dry-wet separation is achieved with a narrow black-framed glass partition, creating a more tidy layout. The black-and-white hardware and brown bathtub create a striking contrast against the white backdrop, while soft natural light filters through the blinds, casting a sophisticated and soothing ambiance.

主卫通铺浅米色哑光砖，弱化卫生间的冰冷感，以细黑框玻璃隔断做的干湿分离，让空间更整洁。黑白五金与咖色浴缸在白色的空间里形成鲜明的对比，柔和的自然光透过百叶窗进入室内，营造出高级治愈的氛围。

小孩房 Children’s room





The style of the daughter's room leans toward light French decor, featuring delicate plaster moldings on the ceiling and a hanging white pleated chandelier. The headboard background is adorned with a French romantic wall panel, exuding simplicity and elegance while blending modern minimalism. A full-height French custom cabinet is positioned on the left side, complemented by an arched doorway with long rainbow glass and small handles, creating a distinctive and refined look.

女儿房的风格偏向轻法式，天花采用精致的石膏雕花，悬挂白色褶皱吊灯，床头背景采用了富有法式浪漫色彩的护墙板，简约精致，兼具优雅与现代简约感。左侧通顶法式定制柜，拱形门身安装长虹玻璃，搭配小巧的把手，很是别致。





The low-saturation gray tone, paired with light-colored wooden flooring throughout, creates a clean and restrained ambiance, fostering a simple and relaxing retreat atmosphere.

低饱和的灰色调，通铺浅色木地板，整体干净克制，营造简约放松的休息氛围。
