自制脆皮烧鹅
首先洗净半边鸭,晾干水分。然后抹上蒜蓉、盐(半茶匙)、五香粉、生姜粉各少许,抹均匀之后覆上保鲜膜,放在冰箱里过夜。
在小盆子里倒入150毫升水,15毫升蜂蜜和2汤匙醋搅拌均匀,然后把腌好的半边鸭放在里面浸泡半小时。烤箱180度预热,把鸭进烤盘(我用的是带架子的烤盘,这样烤出的汁会漏到下面盘子里,不会沾湿鸭子皮)烤时无需翻面,只是皮面朝上就可以了。 这样大约烤了1小时15分钟,就出炉了
把浸鸭的汁加水放入烤盘里同鸭一齐烧,烧好之后就有烧鸭汁了
