配方:奶油奶酪150克,鲜牛奶150克,鸡蛋三个,黄油38克,低筋面粉30克,玉米淀粉20克,砂糖75克
1.将奶酪加入三分一一牛奶隔水软化,搅拌成膏状,再加入隔水软化的黄油一起搅拌,分次加入余下的牛奶搅拌 ,最后加入蛋黄搅拌

2.筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉,用刮刀搅拌均匀

4.将蛋白加入蛋黄糊 搅拌均匀
