春天来了,让人受不了的潮湿天气也跟着来了,天气会潮湿,人也是一样的!不知道你们有没有给自己或者是家里人准备几道适合祛湿汤呢?




01

鲜紫苏叶滚黄骨鱼汤


材料:鲜紫苏叶80克、黄骨鱼400克、生姜3片。


做法:把紫苏叶洗净;黄骨鱼宰洗净,煎至微黄,溅入少许热水,再加入姜和清水1250毫升(约5碗量),武火滚沸后改文火滚约10分钟中,撒入紫苏叶,片刻下盐便可。


紫苏叶有驱寒的功效,在湿气重的南方,人们常常会用它来作为祛湿的材料之一,鲜紫苏叶滚黄骨鱼,鲜香美味,有养阳健脾、祛湿醒胃之功,为春日家庭的靓汤。

土茯苓煲猪骨汤


材料:土茯苓50克、猪脊骨500克、薏米15克、赤小豆15克、蜜枣3粒,陈皮、姜、盐、料酒各适量。


做法:猪骨去血水后,锅里烧水,将猪骨放入烧开的水中去沫,然后捞起猪骨用清水冲洗一下。薏米、赤小豆、陈皮、土茯苓、蜜枣洗净泡水待用。将洗净的材料放入汤锅中,加入适量的水,先大火烧开,后转小火煲2小时左右即可。


土茯苓是一味中药,能除湿,解毒,清热;赤小豆也有消肿、解毒排脓的功效,猪脊骨具有健脾利湿的作用。

五指毛桃土茯苓莲子猪肚汤


材料:五指毛桃100克、土茯苓200克、莲子30克(去心)、猪肚500克、老姜、盐适量。


做法:五指毛桃、土茯苓、莲子洗净,莲子去心,稍浸泡;猪肚,洗净,切条块,汆水捞起;煮沸清水,放入所有材料,武火煮20分钟,转文火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可饮用。


五指毛桃土茯苓莲子猪肚汤具有清热祛湿,益气健脾,清肝润肺等功效,适用于湿浊困脾,脾胃气虚,肢倦无力,水肿,湿毒带下等症。
