材料:鲜鸡1只、沙姜(100G)、葱、蒜头。
做法:
1、鲜鸡冲洗干净,沙姜磨成蓉混合盐在鸡的表里都涂抹均匀腌3小时以上;
2、鸡腔内塞入葱和姜片,电饭锅内胆铺上葱、姜片和蒜头,淋上少许油;
3、把腌制后的鸡放入电饭锅胆,按一次煮饭键,跳到保温时把鸡反转一次再按一次煮饭键即可。

材料:速冻扇贝、粉丝(1扎)、娃娃菜(1棵)、豆卜(4粒)、虾米适量、蒜、姜。
做法:
1、扇贝清洗好、粉丝、虾米泡软备用;
2、娃娃菜、豆卜分别切丝;
3、热油锅下姜蒜放入鲜贝和虾米爆香,然后放娃娃菜、豆卜翻炒均匀,加粉丝注入清水煮软身打芡收汁即可。

做法:
1、菠菜洗好切段备用;
