疫情衍生一堆“厨神”,我也不例外,十指不沾阳春水的人,在家闲得慌,从来不下厨房,是不喜欢那些生肉的味道~
看着家里楼顶一片绿油油的艾叶,那就买好一堆材料,费时N个小时制作出青团!!!真的纯粹打发时间,但出品也不算太差,看着配方来做就好,哈

只摘尖尖嫩叶,摘了我半个小时,腰酸背痛。。。。

清洗过后,白开水煮滚2分钟,家里没有小苏打也没有碱水,所以纯清水煮。。。

滚水煮开后,冷水过一下,沥干水份,称重看看多少,以便记录等下需要下多少糯米粉

艾叶扔下破壁机+少量刚才的艾叶水,能转动就可以了,打成艾叶泥。

直接加入糯米粉去,慢慢糅合成团,不过我这个是非常业余的人,每次成团都很艰难。。。

制作红豆沙馅,这个还真的更加神,做得我一身汗。。。。

红豆糊后,就是加糖炒干,蒸发红豆糊的水份,变成扎实的豆沙馅
这个步骤,红豆的水蒸发了,我炒了一个小时炒得我一身大汗。。。

搓成豆沙馅团

豆沙馅全部搓团分好,然后用艾叶糯米粉团揉开包着豆沙馅就可以了咯~

我都很佩服我自己!!!!看着***的配方,跟着一步步做,既然真的能做出青团(艾糍)!!!!!我很有天分,哈!!
最后蒸熟,用保鲜膜包着,方便携带,方便吃用!!!!
