芒果冰棍
食材:
芒果肉200克(最好小台芒)
酸奶2杯(320克左右)
菊粉2勺,没有的话可以用10克白糖代替
(这样的配比刚好可以做6根冰棍)

做法:
- 首先要挑选熟透的芒果,即使有一点点花皮也没关系,因为这样的芒果才是最香最甜的哦。洗干净表皮后用去皮刀慢慢的有耐心的去皮(看电视的时候做这事很不错,不会烦燥哈)
- 把芒果肉200克+酸奶2杯+菊粉2勺全部扔进破壁机
- 启动“奶昔”功能
- 拿出来过滤一下更好,
这样没有太多气孔更加漂亮,如果嫌麻烦就放弃吧。直接装入模具,入冰箱冷冻。8小时以上即可吃到美味又健康的冰棍啦!
儿子不喜欢喝牛奶,所以每到夏天我就做冰棍和雪糕。他喜欢吃芒果,这样做让他不知道的情况下吃了奶,这为娘的费心啦~
