1、处理咸蛋黄,用白洒过一下蛋黄,有去腥的作用,后排在烤盘里,160度烤20分钟
我的咸蛋黄是买新鲜的,不做做可以直接买半成品的 半成品我没买过不知好不好吃 新鲜的一定要选蛋黄实的 不然烤出来直接化没了

2、烤蛋黄空出来的时间来分下红豆沙 25g一分

3、用红豆沙包裹着蛋黄,我包好直接放到蛋挞皮上了

4、蛋挞皮包裹陷料,蛋挞皮其实从冰箱拿出来的时候与托盘分离是最后的,我是直接放着等用到时分离就有点粘盘底了。包好放到烤盘

5、烤箱提前预热200度 ,刷上蛋液 洒点芝麻 用黑芝麻样子看起来更美,但我家只有白芝麻存货

预热好送入烤箱200度烤15-20分钟,见金黄便取出。烤的时候就可以闻到蛋挞皮浓浓的奶香味

出炉直接切了一个来吃,层次分明 金沙的蛋黄 热着吃就软软松化, 第二天吃蛋黄有实感,其实我更喜欢放凉后吃 ,感觉味道更好。我家男主喜欢趁热吃。最重要是第二天吃,皮还是很酥的
