材料:
牛肉、青椒、红萝卜、葱、鸡蛋清、新鲜香菇、白饭。(分量根据实际情况自定)
调味料:
盐、酱油。
做法:
1、牛肉切薄片,用酱料、鸡蛋、酱油抓腌备用。
2、青椒去籽,与红萝卜、香菇同切菱形片,葱切斜段。
3、锅子先烧热,倒入适量油,油半热时,将牛肉放入锅中,以油泡方式代熟,捞起沥油备用。
4、热锅爆香葱段,再放入其他材料与牛肉片,加水、盐调味,同焖,待滚加以适量生粉勾芡,加入适量的油即可。
食用时淋在摆好在盘中的白饭上面就好了。
