馅材料:沙葛,粟米,肉(全部洗干净切成粒状) 粉:市场可买到的猪肠粉
制作方法:把要包的馅料煮熟。 猪肠粉一条都会很长的,我都会一分为二。
把猪肠粉慢慢摊开,把煮好的馅料均匀铺在粉的上面,再慢慢的卷起来,就成了我们平常吃的肠粉了。
其实馅料我们都可以随意塔配,喜欢吃什么就做什么,可选择一些萝卜(白或红),虾仁,冬茹之类的。
