11:30到达真味鱼蟹馆,比我想象中容易找,在二号线洛溪站A出口出来直走经过市场,转左过马路直走,差不多到五湖四海水产交易中心对面就是了,或者直接坐摩托可以到门口,门面不是很大,大大的“蟹”字已经告诉我们什么是他们的招牌菜。

试吃开始,招牌鸡煲蟹,头菜已经有种瞬间的惊艳感觉,融合鸡肉的嫩滑和蟹肉的鲜甜,蟹味完全融入鸡肉当中,这道菜鸡才是主角,应该叫招牌蟹煲鸡,平时斯文的我,见到如此正野,已经不受诱惑,一于有杀错无放过,吃左先算,最后那位仁兄酱爆佬连汁都捞埋饭吃晒。。。

满腹流油爆膏的黄油蟹,蟹中之王,清蒸前要将蟹冷藏,黄油蟹身上的黄油可以满身跑,蟹钳和蟹腿都渗满了甘香黄油,冷藏的目的应该就是让里面的黄油凝固
