TomYan Goong,冬荫功,这只是一道酸辣汤,冬=Tom=汤,荫=Yan=酸辣,功=Goong=虾。
材料:泰式酸辣酱料、虾、鱿鱼,贝类、草菇、干葱、姜片、香菜、椰浆、番茄或番茄酱、香茅(买不到香茅用香芹代替,汤料有香茅味了,可以不加的。)
做法:
1、先将虾爆香出红油。(一般做法把虾头扳出来,剔出虾线才爆炒,我为了保持虾的外形懒得这样做了。)
2、加入全部香料食材和海鲜食材。(厚壳的青口最先加入,薄壳易熟又容易脱落的花甲最后才翻炒。)
3、加水煮开,放入冬荫功酱料和番茄酱,滚到全部贝类开口。(一小盒酱料内有2小粒,一小盒大约4碗水的分量。汤料粒本身很够咸了,不需要再加鱼露。)
4、最后加入椰浆,再滚一下就好。(汤色较浅,我后来加了番茄酱,味道更香哦。)

PS:冬荫功不单止是泰国的国汤,听说有防癌功效,而且还有驱湿作用。常年湿热的泰国人,即使没有广东凉茶,多喝冬荫功就行了。当然这里我用的只是冬荫功的汤料,功效肯定没有原材料那么好啦。
