配料:糖浆5tbsp、蜂蜜2tbsp、植物油1tbsp、黑糖粉1.5tbsp(tbsp=汤匙,烘焙专用有刻度汤匙)
温度:150摄氏度,30分钟(每10分钟取出翻拌一次)
1、预热烤箱;将所有坚果倒进碗里,放糖浆其中的2tbsp先拌均匀;
2、把所有燕麦片、剩余的配料全部倒进拌好的坚果里拌匀,记得要慢慢拌,尽量把每一粒坚果和燕麦片都果上配料;

3、拌匀后均匀的铺在垫好油纸的烤盘上

4、放进烤箱,10分钟后取出翻拌均匀再放回烤箱,如此类推到30分钟

5、30分钟后马上取出,趁热倒入果干拌匀

Tips:
1、其实配料和材料都是自由搭配的,喜欢甜你就放多点糖浆、喜欢淡就少点吧,材料也是喜欢什么就放什么,你说燕麦我不喜欢就只烤坚果吧,反正都行没这么考究;
2、为什么要先放些糖浆把坚果拌匀,因为麦片小容易粘,但坚果大不好粘,先把坚果粘上坚果就有味道不会被麦片抢了甜度。
3、记得10分钟取出来翻拌下,因为糖会融在底部,不翻拌烤出来糖就只粘到下面的材料,上面的粘不到了
