买的是十元三个的芒果,要挑比较软身的,注意看清楚不能挑到烂的。看起来皮是青青的,但当你打开里面已经熟透了。

先将芒果切开核,然后用刀在上面横竖切几刀不用切断皮,然后在皮底下中间的位置一推上去就一朵漂亮的芒果花了。要小心不要被刀割到小手哦!

因为蒸熟的糯米粉会有点粘手,需放半碗饮用水湿手才能包哦!因为手湿没有拍下过程图,取一小块粉搓成圆形,压扁后包上芒果再搓成圆形滚一层椰丝就大功告成啦!真的是一次就能挑战成功的方子哦!而且包好的糯米糍就是常温放几个小时还是保持刚做的软糯口感。大家也动手来试试吧!
