土豆一个,香肠1根,胡萝卜半截,葱花适量,面粉50g,盐少量,十三香少量。
🍃做法🍃
1⃣土豆削皮,切片蒸熟。压成土豆泥。

2⃣胡萝卜,火腿肠,葱花,切丁。
3⃣把胡萝卜,火腿肠,葱花,面粉,盐,十三香倒入土豆泥中。
4⃣揉成面团,分成等份。压成饼。
5⃣平底锅刷油,小火把土豆饼煎到双面金黄。
