style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>家务动线的不合理+空间大=每天家务效率低</strong></span>。</p><p>同时储物空间的规划也是属于哪儿有地方我就哪儿放个柜子，<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>斗柜多=桌面多=东西总是乱拿乱放</strong></span>。</p><p><br/></p><p>所以这次又又又要搬家的时候，发现房子是毛坯房，就决定必须自己下手不让老妈瞎搞了... 简单介绍下房子的情况，毛坯10楼，阳台江景美美，3房刚刚好，我妈，我和老公，3岁宝宝一人一间。114方实用面积大概100方。结构图奉上..</p><p><br/></p><p><img width="1" height="1" +餐厅（一家吃货...)</span></em></p></li><li><p><em><span style="font-size: 14px;">要考虑到我哥哥一家（哥嫂 +3个娃）会偶尔来吃饭，必须有个可以坐至少10人的餐桌<br/></span></em></p></li><li><p><em><span style="font-size: 14px;">懒癌患者想要高效的家务动线</span></em></p></li><li><p><em><span style="font-size: 14px;">老公有个相对封闭的工作区域就可以了</span></em><br/></p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>总结起来就是：<span style="color: rgb(192, 80, 77);"><strong>厨房餐厅核心区要大+整体显大+高效家务动线+要变出一个书房来</strong></span>。</p><p><br/></p><ul class=" list-paddingleft-2" style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>显大的核心秘诀就是开放式，于是第一个拍板的决定就是做<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">开放式厨房</span></strong>。</p></li><li><p>至于大餐桌，考虑到平时吃饭就是3个人左右（老公经常出差），所以买大餐桌不现实，折叠式的餐桌以往的体验又比较差，所以就决定做一个<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>中岛+餐桌的组合，作为核心活动区域</strong></span>。</p><p><br/></p></li></ul><p>核心需求整理完毕之后，就是考虑装修方式和预算了。预算是我妈定的50万（软硬电器都包括进去了），装修方式因为自己当时比较有空所以选择是自己找设计师+清包。<br/></p> <p>我认为设计师主要提供了3种服务。</p><p><br/></p><p>第一种是审美上的引导和监督，3D空间的审美能力的技能点不是谁都有的。</p><p>第二种是实际施工中的丰富经验，防止施工单位的忽悠。</p><p>第三种是购买上的建议，如何在海量商品中选择适合自己的，是需要很强大的知识和经验的。</p><p><br/></p><p>对这三种能力排个序，你大概就能知道自己需要一个怎样的设计师了。我是2＞3＞1，需要一个业内经验丰富（尤其是施工）的设计师。</p><p>如果你是1＞3＞2，或者打算全包给装修公司去做，那你可以选择独立设计师。</p><p><br/></p><p>为什么这个事儿我想得那么清楚呢，因为当初曾经在经验丰富和新锐中挣扎...但是审视了一下自己，发现最短缺的是施工经验，而最不缺的是审美（15套房子不是白住的）。所以尽管独立设计师的作品看起来逼格更高，加上通过和胭脂设计师的现场沟通，发现她不但经验丰富，而且对家的理解非常接地气和实用，和我刚好互补，所以就拍板啦！还是那句，适合自己的才是最好的~</p><p><br/></p><p>在和设计师交流时，用大量的图片是最好的（俗话说得好，A picture is worth a thousand words)。其实在浏览图片的时候，也是对自己需求的整理，以下分享一下当时候和设计师聊需求时整理的图片，卧室部分涉及隐私我就拿掉了~</p><p><font color="#0b4000" size="2"></font></p><p><br/></p><p><img <p>主体拆改有三个亮点。</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>第一个，</strong></p><p>厨房拆掉了做开放式，房子一下子就显大了好多。<br/></p><p><strong>第二个，</strong></p><p>儿童房原来门口有一小块不实用，直接把门口后移变成正方形。（这就是设计师的能力了，从实用的角度去考虑空间）</p><p><img width="236" src="https://qimg.cdnmama.com/home/diary/2019/03/3ffdb00491e49255acd67a17cdb292_w300X203_w196X133.jpg"/></p><p><strong>第三个，</strong></p><p>母上的套房卫生间她觉得没必要那么大，于是取消掉淋浴区，一开二变成一个厕所一个衣帽间。</p><p><br/></p><p>因为买的这个房子原本是开发商打算做精装修的，所以到手的时候主卫和厨房的墙早就被拆了，所以拆墙才花了120，清淤泥反而花了1400。</p> <p>喜欢定期扔东西的我是很喜欢断舍离这个概念的，东西的精简实际上是可以提升生活品质和效率。</p><p><br/></p><p>但是在装修中运用这个概念，实际上是对现实和需求的妥协。我这里稍微展开说一下，不感兴趣的可以略过到下一段。</p><p>第一点，如果要让小房子的空间看起来更开阔，那留白就要多，切割感要少，意味着家具要少。最终我们只保留了厨房橱柜，中岛橱柜和玄关柜，没有单独的储物柜。电视柜正在挣扎要不要，可能会等最终软装结束后看整体效果来决定~</p><p>第二点，一个高效率的家务线，意味着高度集中的停留点，意味着我的电器都是扎堆放在一起的。而扎堆摆放是对小房子特别不友好的，想象一下你的冰箱洗衣机干衣机洗碗机等一切电器堆放在厨房，那储物的空间会被压缩成什么样子。</p><p><br/></p><p>于是乎，就有了断舍离的想法。</p><p><br/></p><p>回到主题，那在水电上做断舍离我是有三点想和大家分享的~</p><p><br/></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>第一点，善用智能开关可以大量减少开关数量</strong></span>。</p><p>虽然很多平价智能家居依然停留在玩具层面，但是智能开关还是值得入手的。传统开关为了方便，双控三控都是常见的。而智能开关则可以省下一半（省的数量不是￥￥）。<br/></p><p>目前我是把开关装在了我最常关灯的地方（比如说玄关灯的开关放在了客厅），然后通过震动贴（贴门上），感应器（天花板）来实施晚上6点后进门亮灯，人走关灯（或者自己关）。</p><p><br/></p><p>少了大量的开关，视觉上是清爽很多的~下图的4个开关控制了我家公共区域的所有灯~</p><p><img underline;"><strong>第二点，在预算允许的情况下，来个中央空调吧！</strong></span></p><p>挂式/柜式空调真的是逼格杀手，尤其是追求极简风的~现在家用的中央空调价格感觉平易近人了很多了，差不过大半年前购买时询价（3房一厅），从3万到7万之间都有。一般房间挂式空调3000左右，客厅的柜式怎么也得1万吧？算起来也差不多2万了，真的不会贵太多，尤其空调这种买了基本上就不会换的就更值得投资了~</p><p><br/></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>第三点，基础电器要想好怎么藏~</strong></span></p><p><br/>燃气热水器占墙面积大（机器本身大+走线需要很多空间），而且还不能完全遮盖（需要空气燃烧），再加上煤气表也是不能遮盖，我大概后悔了一万多次为什么不买电热水器...感觉燃气热水器对极简风是比较不友好的。最后的处理方式将热水器放在厨房高柜最上层，上下两块挡板挡住热水器走线的部分，露出面板。装好了看效果，再考虑要不要加一块小布帘把面板也挡住。</p><p>其次家里装了软水机，这个东西比我设想中大许多。本来想把它和净水器一起放厨房星盆下面，后来发现放不下就放浴室洗手盆下面了。这些决定都会影响水管走向的，所以必须提前规划好位置。</p><p><br/></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>第四点，可以入墙的都入了吧~</strong></span></p><p><br/></p><p>入墙式的淋浴花洒，马桶水箱都可以了解一下。（马桶水箱最后还是没有装，因为母上觉得凌空的马桶太没有安全感了..) <br/></p><p>还有就是一些必要的走线，都可以将线管预埋，比如说电视柜和电视之间，可以在墙壁预埋线管，这样在墙里走线就美观很多了。</p><p><br/></p> <p><span style="background-color: rgb(184, 204, 228);">【关于地砖】</span></p><p><br/></p><p>地板最开始是想做自流平的，但是考虑到施工难度和耐用度，还有就是担心风格上会太靠近工业风，到时候骚不太起来~</p><p><br/></p><p>后来想找大块一点的瓷砖，尽量减少拼接口，但是那些瓷砖大多都有花纹，最寡淡也是爵士白那种。再加上和母亲的风格有点打架（我讨厌木，她喜欢），决定买木纹砖，但是颜色要接近灰色而不是原木色的。</p><p><br/></p><p>逛了佛山和增城当地的瓷砖展厅，最终定了鹰牌瓷砖的下面三款~ 最浅的是公共区域，次之房间，最深色的是阳台。（现在觉得自己傻逼了！<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0); text-decoration: underline;"><strong>公共区域和房间应该是同色通铺最好</strong></span>~）</p><p><br/></p><p><img width="224" height="258" 204, 228);">【关于墙砖】</span></p><p><br/>本来我的打算是全部墙壁都做纯白色的涂料的，但是母上认为公共区域容易弄脏（家里有小孩的永恒课题），所以坚持用墙砖。于是我就打算用<span style="text-decoration: underline;">白色墙砖+白色美缝</span>来cos涂料效果，但效果很一般，后来总结了一下，认为原因如下：</p><p><br/></p><p>我们墙砖用的是<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">介于亚光和柔光之间的纯白色（仿古砖）</span></strong></span>，是在佛山不知名小砖厂购买的。这款砖是实在难找，几乎踏平了佛山才找到的....但是这种没有花纹的砖，对施工细节要求极其高，只要稍微有点不平，就会非常非常明显，且白色填缝料做进去会不平。<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);"><strong>一定要买找平器并要求师傅必须必须大量用</strong></span>！</p><p><br/></p><p>说到这里就不得不说我这次装修踩的最大的雷..找了亲戚的亲戚做泥瓦工。因为母上有一个房子就是他们做的，一直很认可他们的手艺。加上我对泥瓦的工作非常陌生，<span style="display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; word-spacing: 0px;">起初</span>给了他们非常大的信任。然后不幸就陆续发生了。</p><p><br/></p><p><span underline;"><strong>第一，要求我用门套，各种石料。</strong></span>我的主张是墙砖直接上，门套只会让整体视觉效果杂乱。但是他们+母上认为没有门套不像话，不好看？？？？黑人问号脸？？？我性子比较硬，当时候真的差点直接吵起来，我就撂了一句话，房子是我的好不好看我说了算，和你没有一毛钱关系。后来实在拗不过母上，最后退而求其次去选了个汉白玉（纯白人造石），做了阳台一个门套（想着会被窗帘遮住）+所有窗台。本来还有一个地方他们还想做门套被我拒绝了。结果一个门套连石头加弄上去的人工多花了6000块，其实效果和贴砖差不多，好生气！！至今想起还是会生气！！母上后来也意识到了，但是也晚了~</p><p><br/></p><p>后来多了解之后就觉得，其实门套门槛石这些，其实美不美观另说，其实更大的意义是给与施工方的方便，这样他们好收边。所以作为业主，如果不喜欢，完全可以拒绝，我们没有义务让他的工作更轻松。另外多用石料就是可以有额外的人工费，所以他们经常会主张多用石头（省事多收钱）。还是那句老生常谈，<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0); text-decoration: underline;"><strong>完全按设计执行！不要妥协不要妥协！！</strong></span></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>第二，门槛石。</strong></span>最后我坚持了通铺，去你妈的门槛石。（现在想起来还是很生气怎么办）</p><p><br/></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>第三，他们浴室封下水道那个转角不是直角且差超级多，</strong></span>而且还企图不返工！还和我说每个人家里总有几堵墙是不直的？？？我母上在亲戚光环下还有点抹不开面子想要随他吧？？？（好生气！！！）然后我就说，很多人做了工程也收不到尾款，你们要不要也试试？微笑脸。后来他们就返工了...</p><p><br/></p><p><span underline;"><strong>第四，就是上面提到的白色墙砖不平！</strong></span>！！超级不平！！灯光下各种不平！！！买了找平器也不怎么用，日！没返工，母上坚持的，而且确实其实铺的水平属于业内平均水平，只是纯白砖要求确实要特别平，无耐。</p><p><br/></p><p>现在想起来还是一肚子气，泥瓦工这部分不想写了，哭。<span style="color: 哈哈哈，握个手先~断舍离是在设计沟通过程中产生的想法~ 一来开放式厨房的储物空间本身就比较少，二来考虑到母上要的大空间感，再结合自己想要的高效的家务线，就产生断舍离的想法了... 毕竟要满足上述条件，储物空间是会被压缩到非常厉害的~而且在前期我忘掉要考虑热水器，软水机，净水器，垃圾处理器等等这些大件但是又要藏起来的电器，导致好不容易规划出来的储物空间更加捉襟见肘。估计搬家的时候可以扔掉一卡车的东西 >< ~!
