紫甘蓝鸡胸肉饺子
食材:
饺子皮,紫甘蓝,鸡胸肉半块,西葫芦半条,芝麻油,橄榄油,生姜末少许,盐及胡椒粉生抽等适量。

紫甘蓝是包菜类,利于我们的胃部,具有调节肠胃的作用,而且紫色也是抗氧化的食材,所以它卖得比白包菜要贵哦。
今天我们就用这几样食材来做个家常饺子,好吃营养又健康,想减脂瘦身的人必学哦!
做法:
1、将紫甘蓝一片一片撕下来洗干净,切成大粒后用蔬菜搅拌机切碎末

2、西葫芦同样切碎,比甘蓝要稍粗一点,因为它水份较多

3、鸡胸肉也是同样切碎然后搅成肉泥状

4、全部都切好后,三样放入大盆中,芝麻油,橄榄油调匀出香味。

5、然后再加入生姜末,盐,胡椒粉,生抽等调味,味道调好最好自己尝一下可口即可。

调好的馅是可以轻松粘连在一起的哦。这也是为何要把食材都切碎小的原因哈,因为咱们不加淀粉不加多油。
6、调好馅之后,用饺子皮包起来即可。

水饺一般下锅后煮开,再倒一碗冷水再煮开就可以起锅开吃了
