材料:
瘦肉:300G
鲜香菇:1。2元(只用一半)
酱油 :少许
盐: 少许
蛋清:一个
生粉:2汤匙
做法:
1.在猪肉档买的肉叫老板绞碎,回家后放在粘板上用刀背不停的打成肉酱。
2.将打好的肉酱放在盒里,放入调味料后拌均匀。
3.将鲜香菇切碎和肉酱混在一齐。
4.用手反复抓起肉酱力停摔打。直到肉酱出现胶状。
5.再加入生粉和蛋清继续摔打。
6.这时在锅里加入水开始煮开后关火。
7.打好的肉酱用手在虎口处抓出一粒丸子。用汤匙粘点水勺出放入锅水.让锅里的热水慢慢将肉丸烫熟!
剩余的蛋黄,包了6个不像蛋饺的蛋饺!
