本次加入紫苏叶焖煮,即去鸭臊味又添香~
紫苏有解表散寒、行气和胃的功能,主治风寒感冒、咳嗽、胸腹胀满,恶心呕吐等症。
材料:番鸭
洗净后砍大件,先走油后再砍成细块。

支竹、紫苏、辣椒、蒜头。(支竹泡软待用)

热油锅爆香蒜头、辣椒然后倒入番鸭块、紫苏叶翻炒。

加水、生抽、盐、糖焖煮20分钟(喜欢浓味可放柱候酱,红茶喜欢清淡点的)

加入泡软的支竹再焖煮5分钟,下盐调味,注意火候呀,不要煮干水了哦!
