材料:蒜头,指天椒 (我是按照八比十的份量来做的,也可以根据自己的喜欢来配)
盐 、油、生抽
蒜头剥皮,辣椒洗净凉干水份,分别剁碎

把切好的辣椒蒜头和适量的盐混合

油呢是辣椒和蒜头总量的六成左右
总量一斤的辣椒蒜头放六两油左右
烧到八成热

浇到拌好的辣椒里面
注意要边倒油边搅拌盆里的辣椒,让辣椒均匀受热

倒完油后拌匀,放凉
倒点生抽进去,生抽的量跟平时做菜作的量就可以了
不用太多
