今天的这款小脆条中加入了健康的红薯泥,口感香甜酥脆。
材料:
红薯泥150克
低筋面粉150克
黄油90克
绵白糖50克
盐2克

170度,上下火,25分钟即可(各家的烤箱火力不同,烘烤时间酌情调整。)

将烤好的脆条留在烤箱中放凉,可以进一步烘干面团内多余的水分

如果完全冷却后仍发软,表示烘烤的时间不够,水分留存较多,可以回炉用150℃再烤几分钟,直到冷却后变脆为止
