材料:淡奶油一小盒,250L,鸡蛋黄4个。400L的鲜奶。
做法:1,蛋黄放糖用手动打蛋器搅打成发白状即可。糖的份量我没量,只是靠感觉。
2,将牛奶加热至锅边有气泡即关火,不要煮开。
3,加热好的牛奶趁热分次倒入打好的蛋黄里,不要一次倒入,不然一下子烫熟了。边倒边搅拌。搅拌好后再放在火上
加热至浓稠立即关火。放凉待用。
4,将淡奶油打发至可拉出小钩即可,打好后拌均入放凉的蛋奶糊中,拌好后倒入模中,放入冰箱急冻,第一次2小时后 搅 拌一次,第二次至第四次每隔一小时搅拌一次即可。
