上做法吧:
自发粉105g 油50g 蛋4支(约160g) 糖100g
1.将蛋打入碗中,打发近10分钟的样子——直至打蛋器上的蛋液落入碗中不会很快融入,可以在表面上画出图案。(具体想更清楚的,可以去看看“君之”海绵蛋糕里,我是照他说的样子打发的)中途分4次加入糖
2.将自发粉分4-5次加入,由内而外拌匀(不能打圈)
3.最后加入油,拌匀
4.电饭锅底抹一层薄薄的油,倒入拌好的原料,按下“蛋糕”键,就等着蛋糕出炉吧。
