鲜肉马蹄豆皮卷
我一共做了4条
材料:猪肉10元,马蹄:2.6 大概是8个,(但是我觉得有点多了,呢个都是切的时候有点散的原因。)在市场卖豆腐的档口买2张豆皮,自己翻来一分为四
1. 豆皮 洗干净然后晾干或者用纸巾1.猪肉 买的时候我就直接叫距洗净搞碎。当然自己剁的更好吃,但是我好懒的

。然后翻来哒下的猪肉增加胶感。哒完之后就按照平时腌猪肉的方法腌半小时。注意:因为我蒸好之后无煮酱汁,所以会放多一点点盐。

不过煮好之后都系唔够咸,偷懒就直接用蒸鱼酱油同本身蒸出来的水lou埋,淋翻上去就算啦。
2.马蹄 千万唔好买市场削好皮白白的马蹄,那些都是用漂白水泡过的。我一般都是买带皮的然后叫老板帮我批皮。马蹄洗干净切碎。因为我刀工较差

7,所以我买左个手动的搅碎机。8个马蹄不用一分钟就变成碎粒粒啦。

3.将猪肉和马蹄lou匀,

4.豆皮 擦干水分摊平然后用勺子均匀铺上肉馅。肉馅越薄越好,小心卷起,尽量卷紧一点。

5.上锅蒸15分钟,关火之前最好拿一条切开看看中间的肉是否熟透。
建议就是尽量不要卷太多层,因为好难熟。 呢个是刚刚蒸熟的样子
